She was very sensitive and knew a lot about her skill. I chatted with the owner through yelp to schedule an appointment and he was very accommodating and helpful even to foreigners. This place is a little diamond in the rough and must not be overlooked. I highly recommend this place!

The prices are very reasonable. Unfortunately, the wax service I received left a little to be desired. I noticed a few hours after leaving the salon that the job done was not thorough at all. It was also somehow more painful than usual; maybe it's because the wax used was really really way too hot. For that reason, I don't think I would come back for the same treatment. Maybe the other treatments are better and I just had some bad luck!

Normally in Germany you need to make appointments way in advance for everything. The salon is beautifully decorated and with relaxing music that's not cheesey (I think it was Brazilian). I left feeling very pampered and pretty with my silky soft feet painted bright purple. Sonia is extremely friendly and welcoming, and though she claims that her English is not very good... The reason for the three stars is that the woman nicked my finger when she was using the tool to take off my gel manicure. I felt it right away and it drew blood! She needed to be way more careful with that tool! The gel manicure price was posted at €30, but I paid 24 as a discount. I don't speak German, so I have no idea if the discount was due to my injury or some other reason. That finger was still uncomfortable for a couple of days.

This place is just great!! I've been to Liquidrom and this is FAR superior in every way!! It's a…read morelarge spa resort in the middle of Berlin, not just a bldg with a few small sauna rooms. You walk in and the registration desk looks like a hotel reception area not a tiny counter. The main bldg is a large 2 floor lodge with wood appointments, a million recliners, a full sit down restaurant, a large indoor pool, and at least 5 large sauna. There are several relaxation rooms with large comfy chairs and even "beds" to nap. Leave your clothes in a locked locker and off you go. Go outside and there are more loungers, open huts in the grassy area, several pools, and another 4 or 5 saunas. There were a lot of people but it never felt crowded. Everyone is very relaxed. No clothes, no staring, and no awkwardness. You can certainly wear a rented bath robe while walking around (required in the restaurant). Some do, some don't. Body types of all shapes and sizes. If you don't read German, get someone to help with the schedule for free aromatherapy sessions in the saunas. I got lucky and walked into one as it was about to begin. It's was great. I was there for 3hrs and wanted to stay longer. The most relaxing experience ever and the best $40 I've ever spent!!
