They also responded with false claims about what was communicated in the email thread between us, which I have since reviewed to be sure I had not misunderstood. I was correct the first time. Also, they claim that they do not charge for new customers, yet it was their lash tech who told me (twice) I'd be charged as a new customer when I was there for my service. Really disappointing and unethical service.

The polish choices are pretty lame and consist primarily of the grocery store variety - no Essie or OPI here! The quality of the manicure and pedicure were both high in terms of thoroughness and attention to detail. However, I had some concerns not being able to spot an autoclave or other such sterilization tool anywhere in the shop. And finally, I know nail technicians need to eat too, but having their food preparation area so close to where the callouses from people's feet are being razored off seemed a little unsavory to me.
