They never installed, in spite accepting payment for home. They kept money from change order for nearly 2 years but never installed HVAC. Only recently, after threat of litigation, the finally paid the amount we paid to someone else to finish their work but did not refund all that I had paid. Also, they installed sliding doors on back porch which are barely functional and certainly not safe or consistent with code. Dangerous. On more thing we'll have to file a complaint about. Not trustworthy, would avoid.
