Janet was absolutely amazing love her. She get a plan ready for me with billing and even helped me apply for a payment plan to help because I certainly don't have that kind of money laying around. But they did offer a discount which helped out tremendously. Janet got my next three appointments scheduled and paid for which I have to add isn't crazy expensive just unfortunately not in my budget. But very happy to have found this place and look forward to having my work done.

He is personable and has diagnosed things (such as stress grinding) that have made me feel seen and helped me pursue other types of holistic care. My kid recently transitioned from her long time pediatric dentist to Dr. Zara and has worked with Dr. Wong. My kid is a creature of consistency and loves warmth, so I hope they can develop a similar relationship over time. ​In my 18 years, I have experienced general, cosmetic, implant, endodontic, perio cleanings, and now family dentistry here. I have also benefited from some of their cutting edge tech during some of their trial periods. It is clear Dr. Jafari is a cosmetic dentist at heart, but I have watched him shift my care mid-appointment to prioritize overall health--even calling in specialists to confirm or address concerns. At the center of this cosmetic "smile guy" is someone who truly wants his patients to be whole and healthy in every way, and I cannot speak highly enough of that. ​Beyond the dentists, the hygienists, dental assistants, and back-office team do so much to make this practice special to me. To name just a few, I deeply appreciate Claudia, Debra, Maryanne, and so many others. There have been moments when personal life challenges impacted my health and finances--including once right before a follow-up appointment--and the staff simply allowed me space to tear up. People like Claudia and Dr. Jafari still check in on how I'm doing. The hygienists, including Alysha, Ivette, and my favorite Joycee, are always focused on education, care, and kindness. They will get your flossing into shape quick fast & in a hurry. Lol. While the clinical team and Dr. Jafari provide outstanding, compassionate care--which is why I've stayed for 18 years--the front desk and billing experience has noticeably declined. Over the past few years, especially since Desiree (front mgr?) left, the interaction feels more transactional than patient-centered. A few specific areas need improvement: ​Billing Before Care & Timing 1: Being asked to settle bills immediately before treatment--including being asked to pay again when a bill was already paid five days prior--wastes 15-20 minutes of appointment time and cuts into actual clinical care. Advance notice of costs or flexible payment options prior to the appointment day would make a significant difference. Billing Before Care & Timing 2: Previous trauma in my life has included financial abuse. Jafari has been understanding & Desiree would set up payment plans. Currently, the focus has changed. They seem to lack the flexibility & are seemingly desperate to collect prior to receiving procedures. ​Insurance Follow-Through: On multiple occasions, staff promised to check EOB discrepancies where insurance showed lower patient responsibility, but they never followed up. ​Excessive System Reminders: Text confirmations are overly frequent, continuing even after replying "C" to confirm (including Sunday am during church texts). ​I value Dr. Jafari and the back-office staff immensely for their dedication to patient health over profits. I completely understand that front staff are HARD WORKING & are doing their jobs. Addressing these front-office workflows would bring the administrative experience back up to the high standard set by the dental team.

We checked in, my 4 year old son proceeded to play in the play area and they had play boxes, magnetic toys which he loves! They also had the office decorated for Halloween and it was so cute. We waited about 10 mins, we were called to the back and the dental assistant asked a few questions, asked if my son liked Bluey and she put on Bluey for him ( they have a tv on the wall and one on the ceiling) he hopped in the chair and we waited for Dr. Anwar. About 10ish minutes later Dr walks in, introduces himself to my son and I and asked about any concerns and then started explaining how things would go. My son was very calm with the Dr and did very well.
