I received a few quotes but Shawns quote was the most competive considering his knowledge and his great communication skills. He explained to me the whole process in laymen's terms and he came to my house the very next day for a rate quote. You can tell from his equipment and shawns professional knowledge that he knew a thing or two about solar cleaning, bird proofing and abatement. he even offered group discounts to my neighbors and myself. We set an appointment for today and he always updated me throughout the week prior on any required info and/or extra devices he recommended. in my case, he recommended a certain bird deterrent device so i made sure to have it ready for them. They arrived promptly at the original scheduled time, shawn explained to me the exact parts he was using, how long the service will take and what the next steps will be afterwards then immediately him and his guys got to work on my roof. Shawn installed a bird deterrent on my roof, he used specialized wire mesh netting around all of my panels to prevent any birds including those tiny morning doves from nesting underneath, cleaned up all the old bird waste, pressure washed my whole roof then provided a thorough cleaning of my solar panels. He even reassured me and said he will come back to check on my roof to make sure my issue was resolved. Overall, we are extremely satisfied and grateful for Shawn's great service and great value he provided us. I will be calling him again soon to pressure wash my concrete and also make sure to set up a regular solar cleaning schedule with him.

I hired Power Wash SD to do a very complicated and difficult job, refurbishing several areas of…read moreslate that accented 'colored stamped concrete' in our exterior hardscape. The slate had previously been sealed with liquid polyurethane (plastic) by a different contractor about 18mo prior. TRULY TERRIBLE IDEA! While it looked great for a few months, it gradually began to badly discolor, so after 1 year it looked pretty bad, and was only getting worse (see before photo). I contacted several slate companies, many of whom came out to look at the job. All agreed that power washing was the only 'possible' solution, but very few would even offer a bid to try to tackle removing the discolored plastic. They all: (1) feared it would be too difficult and time-consuming to remove, and (2) further feared that attempting to do so would completely destroy the underlying slate. THEY WANTED NO PART OF THIS JOB. I was truly stuck! I eventually found Power Wash SD through Yelp and met with Javier and Camilo. They agreed they would try to make it work. While Camilo quickly became 'absentee manager', Javier proved to be a real stud. He worked hard. He worked carefully. He cared immensely about the job he was doing and whether we, as customers, were pleased as he was progressing with the effort. In the end, Javier was able to correct a serious problem another contractor had caused and most other contractors feared. And once Javier carefully and successfully removed the discolored covering, he re-sealed the slate with a more appropriate "slate sealer" that brought out the initial beauty of the slate (see After photo). And... oh yeah... he beautifully cleaned up his work (and the removal was quite a messy affair) every evening before leaving work. And finally, Javier always had a smile on his face and welcomed feedback as he continued to toil to do what most thought was an impossible task. What more can one say? Seriously, what more need be said?

I hired OBR to recoat the insides of 2 tubs. Short version is I am extatically happy with the…read moreservice, results, and the discounted cash price was excellent. Long version is that both tubs were ruined by living in this house 21 years which made them dingy, my mother in law's assisted chair set up which scratched up the bottoms, and our teenagers dying their hair which set black and blue color permanently into the scratches. One tub was acrylic and the other was metal, (determined by me testing a magnet). They both looked really bad and dingy and I was pretty concerned that the metal one was bound to start rusting out with continued use. The tubs looked like they hadn't been cleaned in years even after a deep cleaning. There was no shine. I was embarrassed to have guests use the restrooms, as there's absolutely nothing you can do to hide a bathtub. So I read a lot of reviews and got a few quotes. OBR had a good price to begin with plus they offered a 10% cash discount. I also liked the idea that they were so confident about the finish not yellowing. I have a few re coated tubs in a rental property that have held up over the past 25 years but they have yellowed over time and are ugly. I'm going to invest in having OBR redo those tubs in the near future. I only needed to do the insides. The outsides still looked shiney and new. Serge recommend that I let him remove the drain kit so the white coating did not get on that metal and that gave me the opportunity to run over and buy new drain kits (for about $25 ea) and that was the finishing touch. Both tubs now look BRAND NEW and have a very glossy, almost wet, looking finish. I am thrilled with the end result and feel I most definitely made the best choice in hiring these guys. I wasnt too concerned about the potential smell but if you are, the process is indeed odorless. Serge told me it might take around 6 hours but it actually took about 4.5 hours for him to do both tubs. I had left him home while I was out and had to come back sooner than expected since he finished early, and he was very gracious waiting for me to return. The coating only takes 1 day to cure. A+ experience all the way around.
