To my own MD? My MD office had to call them, then FAX was sent. Someone there appears to be confused about what HIPPA laws mean. The urine test was not complete. Bladder infection diagnosed. I asked what bacteria was present and was told they don't know because no culture was done. Why? What was my account charged for if you do not know? Meds prescribed were ineffective ($30) and testing had to be repeated a week later. I would not go back to this urgent care.

I get it I hadn't been in a bit but.. I've been a patient for 15+ years and didn't feel like she had to be rude. Not the first time they been rude either. Just read other reviews. They really need to consider looking into new staff. Sadly I will not be back. I have a new doctor closer to home. Dr Sutter and his staff are low key and casually dressed. The walls and instruments looked clean, but the light in the exam room I was in was dirty and the exam rooms look sad and tired. Its about 60 degrees in here so make sure to wear your winter coat and half of the staff has left for the day so it appears one nurse is in charge. My husband hasn't eaten since last night. He's very hangry. The nurses were all very nice but with all the surgery centers around just don't come here for a surgery is my advice.
