Getting them to come out and inspect it has been impossible--multiple delays, shifting reasons (weather, scheduling, location), and periods of simply no response. After days of trying to resolve this, I mentioned I might need legal help if the issue wasn't addressed. The response I received was: "tell your lawyer to talk to mine." At this point, the main issue isn't just the leak--it's the lack of follow-through once the job is complete. A warranty should provide support when problems arise, and that hasn't been my experience. After dealing with several other local roofing companies who didn't return calls, provide accurate estimates, answer follow-up questions, and acted as though they didn't want/need our business, Oceanside Exteriors was a welcome change. Dealing mostly with Matt Sullivan, we had excellent service. Matt answered all the questions we had quickly, and was great to work with. The estimate we recieved was detailed, and right in the ballpark as some others we had gotten. We were comfortable enough that we decided to enlarge the scope of the original project, and even got some money BACK at the end, due to the project coming in UNDER the estimate. The job was completed right on time, and the roofing crew was very friendly, and even answered further questions. Oceanside Exteriors is going to get all of our future work, from roofing to painting.
