I thought that seemed excessive so I looked on Yelp and found Fast-Fix Jewelry and Watch Repair. It is located in the Broward Mall, near the main entrance. It was quite busy on a Sunday, but I was approached by an associate after about two or three minutes. I showed him my watches, (nothing high-end,) and was told the batteries for each would be $16.95. I dropped off three watches and was told it would take 45 minutes to an hour and that they will text me when the batteries were replaced. I received a text after about 40 minutes that my watches were ready. When I returned to the shop there were quite a few customers there again. When it was my turn, I presented the associate with my claim check and my watches were returned.. They told me one of the watches had a leaking battery and they were unable to get it working. I was not charged for that repair and I left with 2 working watches, plus a one year warranty. Overall, I was extremely happy with the service I received. Everyone at the store was friendly and knowledgeable, plus pricing seemed better than the first estimate I had from a different store.
