So i figured why not. 24 hours later I've got a check engine light, that codes P0128, for coolant temperature below thermostat regulating temperature. I called and let them know. Waiting to hear back from a manager. If they fix what they broke, I'll change my review. But if I have to pay for this out of my pocket, I won't ever be coming back. I'll buy a jack and just start doing it myself. Edit: Stopped at the shop after work. They verified that I had the P0128 code. Told me I had to take it to a shop and they would "review tapes to see if they did anything wrong". And that if they did, they'd pay me back. Nah. My car was fine until these guys touched it. Now I get to buy parts and waste my buddies time fixing their mess. Because I can't afford a shop. After already spending $175 for a stupid oil change and coolant exchange. If course it's not going to be their fault. So I'm out $175, plus the parts I'm gonna have to get. They aren't gonna cover that. Great job guys. Could have just admitted you messed up. Fixed your mistake. Kept a customer. Instead you made me feel like I'm just a joke. Great job loosing a customer. Definitely don't have all this money to waste. I will not be back. Guess I'll be calling the BBB tomorrow, and hopefully I'll actually get results. Pathetic experience.

Are usually spend about 12 bucks for a middle of the road car wash for my jeep. The first time I went (3 months ago), I was impressed. My first impression was "I get all this for 12 bucks?". The Monday after that I go again, pay the same 12 bucks and considering the list of stuff that is offered that is included in a $12 wash, I was a bit disappointed. I was missing some of the stuff the $12 was set to include. Nothing big just a semi-buff dry to help the thing dry out, and a tire shine. On my jeep tire shine is very noticeable, They are 35 inch tires. So when it's not included you kind of notice. I figured maybe some equipment was down and that I can understand and forgive. I went again last Saturday and this time made the mistake of giving the place the benefit of the doubt. I paid 15 bucks which includes a little bit more and the two things that I mentioned were missing last time as well. Lo and behold, I get the same substandard version of the $12 wash again. Come on guys, get it together! I stopped going to splash in favor of you guys because it was readily apparent that their employees really didn't give any consideration to the fact that your car actually might get clean. I'm including a picture of just one of my tires sans shine. Feel like I just paid 15 bucks for nothing. In addition to this I went to their website, chose the contact us button and sent them a message and the system quickly shot back a reply of we will be addressing this shortly. Well it's been a week, nothings been addressed which kind of leads me to believe that they couldn't care less. Somebody please prove me wrong. We will see what happens the next time I go and spent 12 bucks not 15. Update: Left this identical review on Google and got a reply from someone I can only assume works there. They basically explained to me that they would like to hear more about the problem and provided a phone number for me to call that was supposed to belong to their service director. Long story short, called the number, it's disconnected. I'm actually tempted to drive right down the road and go there in person so I don't have to worry about digging around on the phone.

I had an extremely frustrating experience with this installer. From the start, he was suspiciously…read morepersistent in trying to get me to come to him for the radio installation, offering various "solutions" to get me there, which should have been a red flag. When I finally did, he claimed my radio was faulty and spent 30 to 55 minutes just playing with wires without actually doing anything. I was skeptical, so I tested the radio myself using a multimeter and a DC power supply outside of the car, and it powered on perfectly. To double-check, I also tested it inside the car, and the radio worked just fine. When I confronted him, he tried to cover his tracks by reinstalling my old radio, which powered up immediately, contradicting his earlier claims about faulty wiring. He tried to brush it off with a weak excuse, but it was clear he was lying. This guy is a scammer--avoid him at all costs.
