These people are not high tech! They were supposed to do a simple sprinkler blow out at my house…read morewhen I wasn't there, but failed to do so with the excuse that they "couldn't find access to the pipe". The next day I stayed home from work to be there when they arrived. They couldn't find the house, which means they never went there in the first place the previous day. I gave explicit directions and waited an hour but they never showed up and ghosted my texts asking where they were at. Don't give them your business! They treat their customers very poorly and can't be trusted.

The pump was placed wrong, the irrigation didn't work. Juan told us it would be $80/hr to move it back to the original spot, that it was 'on us'. He turned from nice to nasty right away even though I did my best to be reasonable. Overcharged, didn't honor his word, I would never hire again.
