I give the staff five stars but I did deduct two stars for the quality of the storage space. Basically the unpowered RV parking spots are an open grass-covered field at the rear of the storage facility. It is the low point of the facility both figuratively and literally. The drive through the yard is quite sloped and when it rains, the field becomes a swamp. I had to wade through ankle deep water to get to my trailer door. The trailer parked next to me sunk in the mud and left large ruts when it was removed. We have a light trailer so we had no problem pulling it out but I wouldn't leave it there for long so we decided to move out after a month to a paved parking spot. I would recommend looking at a spot before deciding to park your RV here.

I am the manager for a rental company, and I personally cleaned and swept out the unit. Our corporate office messed up on ONE payment and it arrived late. The young lady at the office said AAA was putting a lean on the property because of non payment. I replied there is nothing in the unit but one piece of a sofa. She said well you can't get your property until the payment is made. I explained our office made a mistake and the payment was in route. I called the lady to insure the payment was paid and she said it was. Well today I walked into the office and the manager treated me like garbage. She asked what I was there for and when I replied to rent a unit, she immediately told me no and because we trashed the unit. Nothing could be further from the truth. I replied , fine I'll go next door. So all in all, I paid them 190.00 a month faithfully for three years. 6,840 and one late payment later, this lady denied me. Over one late payment. Well, thank you AAA, I used A1 next door, and they will faithfully receive their payment and was so appreciative to have our business.

My lamp shades were crushed (they should have been boxed) and the several pieces of furniture I have were broken and not fixable. I had about 30 blankets for them to use to wrap each piece and the owner told me I should have bought or rented moving blankets. Don't you think that could have been relayed to us vs throwing everything into the truck not wrapped.not only that, I specifically told them they could use our blankets. The owner insinuated we were cheap "as during the times of recession that people went cheap and loaded their own Uhauls " as we did.
