My wife and I have been Verizon customers for 19 years and just recently were experiencing…read moresignificant issues with our phones with very poor support from the national Verizon organization. We decided to go to the local Lufkin, TX, Verizon store for help. Our first attempt was with the store manager Damari, and he was not customer service inclined and has a tendency to be somewhat rude. We continued to have phone issues with multiple phones so tried once again to get support through the local (Lufkin, TX,) store; Fortunately we worked with Tyler one of the store's team members and he fixed all our issues and was extremely customer service oriented. Damari and the National Verizon support team barley earned one-star for their support. We were ready to go to AT&T but Tyler saved the day. Someone needs to reward Tyler for his customer service skills. Great job Tyler. My wife and I appreciate your support.

Told me I could buy a new phone for $500 I took it down the road. They said it wasn't the battery. Almost bought a new phone, but then decided to go to another store an hour away. The lady at the actual Verizon store was able to get my phone started and I didn't have to bug a new one. I will not be coming back to this store. Also, if you came and lost your diamond earring. It is under the desk. I asked if it was hers and she said "no, it's a customers." And it stayed under the desk.

You'd be making a serious error if you used any other moving company in the Lufkin - Nacogdoches…read morearea. These folks have moved my mom twice in the last six months. They are friendly and helpful from the first call to schedule the move until the last piece is delivered. They treated every box, every piece of furniture as if it were their own. They accommodated every request and were professionals throughout. They anticipated our needs. And they were on time and their original quote was with pennies of the actual invoice.

My lamp shades were crushed (they should have been boxed) and the several pieces of furniture I have were broken and not fixable. I had about 30 blankets for them to use to wrap each piece and the owner told me I should have bought or rented moving blankets. Don't you think that could have been relayed to us vs throwing everything into the truck not wrapped.not only that, I specifically told them they could use our blankets. The owner insinuated we were cheap "as during the times of recession that people went cheap and loaded their own Uhauls " as we did. I have hired several professional movers over the years and this was by far the WORST job I have ever seen. The movers were consistently on their phones and extremely slow. They never ever offered to compensate us once. I would never use these movers EVER! Our items arrived crushed with lampshades out of boxes, and more-and our furniture was completely scratched up! Again, they had the opportunity to use the blankets we offered them. Never ever again! And the men smelled like alcohol!
