I spent at least 45 minutes with an attorney talking to me about my specific situation in language I could understand and in a way that helped me sort things out. I honestly believe that if they did not think it was a good idea that they would of told me so. It was just like getting advice from a family member, except Mr. Berkhimer really knew what he was talking about. I gotta admit that I was terrified to meet with an attorney but he just has a special way of explaining things - I know that I'm only a single client to them but I honestly came away knowing they did care. I can't put my finger on it but this guy is different, not pushy, just down to earth and there to help. Can't believe I just said that about an attorney. He tells you right up front that his goal is not to get mine and my husbands business but to help us out of a tough jam and if we wind up retaining them then great, if not, then give them a call if they can ever help out. We possess photographs of the accident as well as an official police report. I do not recommend doing business with this company--given the irresponsible conduct of its employees--and it should be held legally liable.

First, the staff there is HIGHLY knowledgeable about gaming and I was very impressed. Second, I was impressed that I could bring in my old gaming systems for credit. It seems like they have lots of activities going on for gamers that are not necessarily affiliated with the store. Bottom line is that I would rather come here first before going to Gamestop.

She told me she would look up and get back to me on how much it would cost to repair/ replace items on the boat. I asked a few basic questions, and she never got back to me. I followed up with her multiple times over a course of a month via text and left voicemails. She charged me for a diagnostic fee but never heard back from her again. If she was busy and could not take me on as a client, all she had to do was respond to me and let me know but to ignore and not respond back is unprofessional and not right.
