Beware with this company. Rude disrespectful staff. Dishonest company. Price gauging. We have paid…read morethousands of dollars to this company for work. The last job performed we were hit with an outrageous $4,500 bill. I had contacted a few other companies to get a quote for the work performed to see if that was the going rate and all came back around $3K. Which was high in its self. I tried telling their office clerk and got nowhere. Mr. Hasty decided to come out to see the work for himself. He deducted a 25% bring bill to $3,375 closer to the going rate. He also gave us a few months to pay. Next thing you know we received an email with the original price. We called and the clerk said discount was if we paid that same day. We explaining that wasn't what Mr. Hasty said. She claimed we misunderstood him. We mentioned he even allow us a few months. Again fell on def ears. Not only they are price gauging they added late fees and have put a lien on my property and Mr. Hasty no where to be found in all of this. Man has no word. One of his employees mentioned there are many customers canceling their services due to over pricing by this company. Shame on you. Make sure you have everything is writing. Our mistake was trusting them.

The issues then were blamed on the previous homeowner insisting on the AC being put in a bad location. Great, I get that. Had the unit fixed. It stopped worked a couple months later. Was told a new unit was needed. Great. two years ago, had them install a new unit for the upstairs. Have had nothing but issues since. Have had them out here no less than 5 times at $100 a trip. Been told about the same number of "reasons" - the wiring was mis-configured in the unit - the thermostat is too old -the thermostat is too new (fancy) - there's nothing wrong with the AC (in spite of it turning on an off ever 5 seconds for HOURs during the cold snap that came with the snow storm. I am moving so I will sit here in 80 degrees before I pay them another dime to give me another excuse. Will definitely tell the new homeowners DO NOT USE THESE GUYS.

We elected to have him install a new microwave. We also asked him to identify our garage door remote issue. He corrected the problem after we got the inexpensive parts we needed. Both of the problems were identified with one meeting and the electrical work was done in one meeting. We are satisfied with his diagnosis and the related work. We will call you again. Thank you Larry

I assumed everything was done properly until he left, and I tried to pair the floodlight and it would not work. I called ring and they told me to contact the electrician, which I did have him stop back by to look into the situation and he realize he had not turned the power back on at the panel box. At the time, I also noticed that he did not put a cover on the electrical box above the floodlight where he had connected the electricity and I have never been able to get him to come back and finish that job.
