It appeared the problem was a part that had to be ordered and would take a week to get here. After ordering the part the supervisor brought back a probable unit for us to use. The part came a week later and after 2 days of pains taking work, replacing an expensive part, the techs realized the problem was issue they had previously worked on. After correcting the issue, they apologized and thanked us for our business. They told us because they had not corrected the issue the first time there would be no charge.
