I've used Jacob once before so I again called him when i needed a windshield took him 2 weeks due to ordering the wrong windshield and or being sent the wrong windshield twice???After I finally got one a pretty price later I was contacting him yet again in less then a month there was a crack in my windshield starting at the very bottom I had not hit nothing and nothing had hit my windshield I told him this and he said the only way I would get a warranty replacement was if it was due to a stress crack So while waiting for a response from Jacob when he could come look at it i Had 2 professionals tell me that it was in fact a stress crack and that that's not the correct windshield I reached out to Jacob again he came out and told me that I had got downtime and shows me some chips that I tried to tell him weren't there previously that it's chipping as the crack gets bigger so he won't take any fault for his mess up People make mistakes own up to them big boy! read more
