Talked to a guy named Ben about wiring a generator outlet for my home one day. I asked him for a…read morewritten estimate and was told it would cost $120 because I lived in Fordland about 15-20 mins from Springfield, MO. He told me that he could come out the next day at 9am and if I give him the job they will cut the estimate in half. We discussed what I was looking for, which was a whole house generator hookup, not a six circuit transfer box and hookup. He said ok, I'll be there tomorrow at 9am. So, I told my wife that there wouldn't be power for about 4hrs. So, she planned to be gone running errands during that time. 9am came no show. At 10am I called his number and I immediately got a text from him saying I'll call you right back. Now, it's 3pm and no call, no tex, no nothing. I stated to him I needed to get this done today January 22, 2026. I could have hire someone else to do the job if I had known he was going to not show up and not call. It was very unprofessional and just disrespectful. Even if he couldn't because he had an emergency job or something, a text saying I couldn't make it would have made all of the difference. It would have given me the option to get someone out her to do it. I just believe if you give someone your word, you keep it. If you can't you own up to it. All a people have today are their reputations. The impression you give is the impression you are judged by. It's unfortunate.

Field agent came through our neighborhood and long story short, the service is ineffective, they…read moredon't perform the services they say they will or have performed. If I provide them with camera footage they might see if they can help me. No notice of coming, I wasn't home. Yes I have it on camera. I d rather spend my time at this point (after 8 months of this BS) warning my neighbors to STAY AWAY from this company. I tried to cancel politely by letting them know after several 'treatments' we still had issues, but the cancellation costs just as much as riding out the contract (because I didn't try to cancel before the 'midnight of the 3rd day' allotted cancellation period which passed days before I even got the first treatment). I received an emailed service report for services and I responded that it hadn't been done and to please reschedule. Their tracker shows the vehicle here. No kidding. I do have my camera footage but I'm done. Maybe if I see pests in a week they'll see about helping us then....message me. I'll share all my emails and camera footage (I have 10 cameras with 24 hour recording) for each 'service event'. This is ridiculous. Service companies that show up without an appointment and mark the service completed when you don't answer the door....super stellar. Then the onus is on me to provide proof? Surely that tracker can give time at the address, let's be reasonable...yes, I am beyond frustrated. So many chances...here is the review. My service person is nice, but they work for a bad company. I don't blame them for what I assume is bad, unethical business practices. So, if you want to give your service person a tip, 'give us a 5 star review' and we will give them the monetary reward. I'd be wary... You have been warned!
