I also go here a lot because they are open later and on Sundays. I try not to purchase things on Sunday but sometimes the vehicle has to be repaired and I just have to do it. The store is your basic parts store and its located in the same strip mall with a small Sears so if they don't have the tool I need, Sears might or even Lowes just down the street. The staff is helpful especially the managers who are way better on the register than some of the new guys. And they appreciate customers who know what they are doing. You can ask any parts store guy about the numerous idiots that call or come in and they have to use psychic powers to figure out what flipping car they are working on! Anyway I like this Advance quite well and would recommend it to anybody in the area locking for parts. JUST MAKE SURE TO BUY THEM ONLINE FIRST!

My garage tested it and concluded that the battery was defective. With a charge to the battery I was able to get to his store in Murphy and explained what was happening. I also had my original receipt. They swapped out the battery with not questions asked. I chose to your install it myself at the curb of the parking lot and returned the defective battery inside using one of their handy carts as the battery is fairly heavy. All told it was a great experience. Additionally and few months prior,one of my halogen headlights burned out. They had the part in stock and recommended I replace both as halogen bulbs fade over time. With both replaced my night driving now much safer as the brightness is like new. This is a good auto parts store.

Its my bad for not inquiring the price difference but they, the service manager should definitely let the consumer know the exuberant charge for mobile 1 an no credit for the oil that was originally included in the standard $88.00 oil service. Bottom line is you can purchase anywhere mobile 1 5qts for under $30 bucks. The service manager should definitely let the consumer aware of the price difference prior to service. My bad but they could have made me aware of price difference so a better decision was made.

After the sale, I had opportunity to speak to Nick in the service department. He was extremely helpful and cordial and resolved a couple of minor issues very very quickly. In addition, I have spoken to Kim, the title administrator, and she is assisting us in expediting the registration process out of state. All these people are exemplary in my opinion ! I have a 30 year background in the automobile business, and I can tell you that buying a car today is extremely difficult and more expensive than it's ever been. This being the case, it's extremely important to have a dealership who's personnel are very straightforward and honest. There are a couple of things that have to be accomplished, yet, but not withstanding some items to be completed, I fully expect to have a totally pleasant experience at the end. Prices on vehicles are higher throughout the US for a multitude of reasons, most of which are not the dealers fault. Extremely limited inventory, chip shortages, and slow delivery, are all beyond the control of the Dealership, and they suffer right along with the American consumer. I look forward to them completing all of the final work to the vehicle. If that goes as I expect, this will be a five star review. It's really up to the dealership to complete a delivery and any promise to be honored. tI believe their intent is to do just that. I look forward to completing this review, but in the meantime, I must say the initial experience has been a 10 out of 10!

They were friendly, got them in on the day promised, and installed them promptly, even though they were closing early on that day. Honestly, after saving about $800 from the brands I've been looking at, they could fall 25% short, and I'd still be ahead of the game if the turn out to be good otherwise.
