In a 3 minute phone call, she told me the rate was $300hr 6 times and I had to pay in full 3 times. While she was highlighting that, she got frustrated with me and kept cutting me off because I could not tell her what exactly needed to be replaced. My home took an electrical surge and I wasn't an electrician. These folks do good work and my family uses them when needed. We ultimately, went with Jeff from Bluflame. They were professional and got the job done for us. Bluflame is highly recommended. The manager Sam replied that Mark suggested that we needed a new furnace, that was determined to be a lie. Mark, wanted to cover his behind because he was rude, unprofessional and dishonest. The manager never reached out to here our side. This is the proposal Mark gave us. We was hired to clean and tune up the furnace which he did not and wanted to charge us twice. Mark never said the furnace was unsafe. There is so much more I could say about our interaction with Mark bias position and his stereotype of my husband and I. Its well because Bluflame was professional and courteous. By the way is the house isn't for sale its sold. One has nothing to do with the other, again communication, honesty and professionalism is key here.
