Steer clear from this practice, had a family member go in for care and they found infection along with dental issues, yet they did not send in any antibiotics to treat the infection. They stated that medicare/ medical didn't cover treatment like cleaning, etc, but clearly any competent practitioner would have had a simple generic order put in to treat patient infection while they gauge if they'd like to go through with treatment. If you or your family members aren't fluent English speakers do not go here as they tend to take advantage of the immigrant population. read more

Dr Esparza did an extraction of a single tooth and placed an implant in about an hour. His wife (also Dr Esparza) had examine, x-ray'd and cleaned my teeth at the Chino office about an hour earlier the same day and helped get me set up with very affordable financing for the implant. The procedure was painless. Both locations were clean and professional. The team at both the Chino and Ontario locations were very friendly and kind. After three days the tooth "bandage" accidentally came off (on a Sunday) at work. I was able to be seen the next day to have it replaced but the procedure was done so well that I was actually able to forego a new bandage and have the stitches removed. Throughout this time I have had no pain or discomfort and am looking forward to having an impression done soon to place my new tooth . I had a chipped front tooth and came here to fix it. Pricing is obviously personal so I don't wanna say it was expensive or not, just expected pricing. My tooth looks great. Truly amazing you can't even tell it was chipped. Which is why I'm giving 4 stars. But this is a dentist office and not everyone is comfortable at the dentist. Front staff was nice and I appreciate that they helped me with the paperwork, I was alone and pretty anxious. Doctor, assistants and anyone who wears scrubs could use more bedside manner. Introduce yourself to your clients, and clients to staff. I would never touch one of my clients without introducing myself (especially inside the mouth) and I would never allow my apprentice to randomly come in the room and touch my client without introduction or consent or even a hi I will be working on you today. Turns out I needed a root canal, which they were mostly able to take care of that day. Pain is gone! This is hands down the best dental experience I have ever had. I just had a tooth extraction and it was quick and painless! Dr. Blanca and Oscar are warm hearted dentists who care about their patients. They actually care about your dental concerns and do their best to make you feel comfortable. As far as the actual procedure, the area was numb and the dr actually asked if I felt pain. They did their best to make it as painless as possible and it was. The tooth was out in about 10 min. I Recently moved to Ontario and decided to give this dentist a try. While is not the worse is not the best. First of all they are charging a $5 fee per person to cover for PPE Equipment and for cleaning services. That makes no sense for me as I believe any Doctors office should be cleaned out as viruses always exist. Did they not clean up before COVID? Secondly they wear ppe equipment prior to COVID, the only additional equipment is a mask. We as citizens are also asked to wear a mask and we don't go charging any one for the mask we buy. The experience was ok I had a lady taking my x-rays when another lady came and needed help so the lady taking my X-ray told me "I will need to hurry up since they need help." The other lady seemed to be standing there and I could hear her asking "ya" in Spanish which means "there?" she said it over 6 times that I wanted to get up and tell her can you let her do her job. Luckily I did not. Pricing is also a bit high for having high option insurance and within network. I kindly ask if they offered any sort of discount since I have had work done at other dentist and lots of the time they will help you out. The lady claimed they cannot do anything because if they do it would be fraud. I don't understand how providing a discount would be fraud. I would understand fraud would be committed if they are billing my insurance for other services not provided but I was just asking if they offered any discounts. While I have mix feelings I don't see my self going back as it seems they love money just by charging that $5 PPE fee. read more

My main gripe with this office is their unprofessional staff. They need training in what a business should say, when they are making a phone call to a client. All 3 dentists are great and the front office staff as well! The issue was with their dental hygienist. My teenage daughter and I came in for a cleaning and I expressed my view on not wanting X-rays every 6 months because we had no signs or symptoms, she was extremely insistent even after I explained I researched this and I'm within ADA guidelines... I had to walk away, leaving her with my daughter who then shortly texted me telling me she was mocking me to another staff member and was causing her pain during her cleaning with the pick tool... I walked in... and asked her to stop... she went on to say my daughter needed a deep cleaning... I believe this was said because I failed to comply with the X-rays. I asked her why she mocked me and the unprofessionalism shown was unacceptable as well as the unnecessary pain inflicted upon my daughter... she laughingly said my daughter was lying. Unbelievable this woman was so unprofessional. I soon took my daughter to another dentist and of course her gums were perfect and the deep cleaning was definitely not needed. read more

I'm giving 3 stars because the front desk staff was nice however I went to this dentist in extreme pain I work in dentistry so already knew the exact condition. I called as an emergency explained the exact diagnosis to the doctor who called me. He guaranteed to get me out of pain and extract the tooth. I get there the. Eat morning ready get my X-ray and then the lady dentist with bad chair side manner tells me that she won't pull the tooth because there is still bone there and she doesn't think the failed root canal with the lesion would cause me such pain! The doctor said I won't pull it you need to go to an oral surgeon it unethical for me to pull a tooth that can be saved. Everyone knows that a failed root canal can be retreated with only a 50/50 chance of it saving the tooth. I only went to this dentist because my dentist was out of the state. In a nutshell front desk staff was nice but this office wasted my time. Even though I explained my condition the night before my appointment this office basically billed my insurance for an emergency exam and x-rays, not to mention charged me an extra 5 dollars for PPE even tho insurance companies are paying for this during COVID. After being told that she wouldn't pull my tooth I began to cry as I was in extreme pain the rude doctor left my chair only to never return. Left me sitting and wondering if my appointment was over. I asked one of the staff and they directed me to the front desk where my referral to an oral surgeon was waiting. read more
