I signed a contract with Brian for a new garage entry door installation at the end of February, he…read moredid not finish the job until 6 months later. That was after I threatened legal action twice to force him to return and finish the job. The initial door, which was supposed to be brand new, clearly was not a new door. It had a very noticeable dent on the top side and a large area of touch up paint over damage on the inside garage side of the door. When he finally came back with a replacement door, the color was wrong. I had ordered bronze and what he installed was chocolate brown. He lied and said that it was just different lighting. At this point I was out of patience and just paid the balance owed when he finished the replacement door installation. I was not happy, but I just wanted to be done dealing with him. I will give him credit for a good job on the exterior trim work, and the door was functional after he installed it. I am 68 years old, and Brian is the worst contractor that I have ever dealt with in my entire life. I would not recommend him in any way for home construction contract work.

She helps us with some decisions, based on what we want and what is actually doable/practical for our setting. She doesn't try to sell us on what she thinks we should do, or whatever happens to be in abundance at the nurseries at the moment. Becky is great with communication and is always on site for questions. We've been working with Becky for almost 20 years, and we were thrilled to find out we could work with her again. Unfortunately, we used a different company recently, when we thought Becky wasn't available. We didn't get the same customer service that we get with Landmark. All work was completed in a timely manner to my complete satisfaction. He failed to complete the work as we had agreed, and it was clear from his workmanship that he was not familiar with the proper installation process for this type of equipment. He really shouldn't have bid on a job he wasn't qualified to do. When I tried to contact him to address these issues, he went completely silent. He ignored all of my texts and voicemails. This is especially frustrating because he was so quick to respond when he was bidding on the job. Once he had my money, his communication stopped entirely. I would strongly recommend you find a different contractor for your project. Based on my experience with WP Home Improvements, William is unreliable and unwilling to take responsibility for his mistakes.
