The seafood was especially impressive, and the Southern Lowcountry flavors really stood out. Our server, Diego, was professional and knowledgeable. If you're looking for a great restaurant in Columbia for a date night, special occasion, or simply a delicious meal with outstanding service, I highly recommend Blue Marlin. I ordered a Caesar Salad with the Salmon ... the beignets honestly were better than expected could have a little more powered sugar and yes I know they are fried but I couldn't resist lol ... But the salmon and salad was top notch ... the Caesar dressing had a tangiest to it that paired great with the Salmon .. the seasoning on the salmon was beyond exquisite.
