He answered my questions and grabbed the pieces I asked for instead of the biggest ones. I've cooked up half of what I bought and the meat is excellent. The shop is spacious and comfortable and has pantry items, freezer and dairy on the perimeter walls so if you need to wait it's not unpleasant to do so.

They answered all my silly questions and knew how to dig information out of me to understand what I wanted in meat so they could provide the best product.
