The official address is 9801 Tanner Road; however, there is no parking. The best way to enter the parking lot is on Porto Rico Road and Sweetbay Lane near Carvardale Community Center. This is a multi-purpose park situated on a 10-acre odd-shaped land while surrounded by houses and businesses. There are large baseball field, basketball court, tennis court, asphalt walking trail, swing sets as well as picnic tables and a few BBQ grill stands. While there are a couple of covered benches, this park can hold many parties at the same time. The reason being my favor park is the parking lot and mature trees. There are a few designated handicap parking spots and easily accessible to Porto Rico Road and Gessner Drive. It's always cool to walk on the trail with the shady trees on sunny days.

Huge park!!! Wow! If you need to go for a walk... you can walk for miles around here…read more We came here for a school game which had several teams on the field. The only issue I have with this park is the SAFETY at the bathrooms. Why is men & women bathrooms right next to each other? There is no door to restroom entrances. Who designed this?!? Considering there are all ages on the field. Suspicious people wandering in front of women bathroom. There is security but they are too busy on the field watching games. I'm not quite sure if that's part of their job... I would not leave unsupervised children to go to bathroom. The children I was with reported suspicious behaviors with an unstable man roaming nearly going inside the women's restroom.

The pickleball courts are open play style: That is, they have a rack that you put your paddles in to be randomly assigned to the next game. If you want to play with your friends just put your four paddles together. Water and bathroom are located just outside the courts. It's a lovely community offering AND the courts are illuminated for night games. I stayed with some friends from 7-10PM on a Saturday and there were only two other groups there, so we got plenty of game time. Love having a free spot available to play!

It is located to some baseball fields so sometimes the area will have lots of cars parked on the street during the games. The location has a private parking lot so it's never an issue to find an open spot. Going in the interior is pretty nice and clean for the most part. The only part that I found wasn't as clean was the bathroom. Honestly, its a gym, I didn't expect to much from that. The gym area is split into two basketball courts (full court-sized). The facility changes the layout of the gym to fit the different activities that people will take part in onsite. I've gone to play table tennis and basketball so I can offer insights on what takes place during those two sports. 1. Table Tennis: There are 5 tables and generally will all be in use. However, most of the time there wouldn't be too much of a wait time if at all. Generally people will just play doubles if there are too many people. Plus, people come and go, so it's not a big issue. 2. Basketball- When both courts are in use. They split it into two different sides. One side will have a full-court game going on. The other will have 3 baskets down and can potentially have three cramped half-court games going on. During these times the place is PACKED. This is especially so during holidays when lots of the schools are out on holiday. Bonus: I would definitely recommend checking the activity schedule before you go. It wouldn't be fun to show up expecting to play something when it's something else set up in the gym. They offer physical calendars on-site or you can just look it up on their website. Membership fees for individuals who are from Sugar Land is $10 for the whole year! Pretty amazing. I believe for those who are not from SL, it is currently $40 for the whole year which isn't a bad deal either honestly.

Per the recommendation of a co-worker who knows my son has expressed interest in basketball, we…read moretoured Shoot 360 on yesterday afternoon. During the tour, my son had the chance to test out some of the training equipment, and Coach AJ observed him in action. It was very clear Coach AJ is knowledgeable and incredibly passionate about basketball and helping young players reach their full potential. He patiently answered all of my questions and provided a ton of information about the how the program works, the structure of classes, memberships, etc. I was ready to sign my son up for a 3-month membership, thinking it would be a great opportunity for him to improve. But surprisingly, he wasn't into it. He expressed concerns about the allotted time available for actual shooting and said he prefers a regular gym where he's not limited to 30 minutes per day. While I respect my son's decision and won't force him to attend Shoot 360, I believe anyone serious about basketball would greatly benefit from the resources and expertise available at this facility. It's a great option for aspiring basketball players looking to take their game to the next level.

As a father of a private school son who has been training at Shoot360 since he was 11 (now just…read moreturning 13), I offer y'all three reasons why this is a five-star yelp basketball training facility in Houston. Honestly, this place feels like an low- key secret--I almost don't want to share it for fear of it becoming overcrowded. But it wouldn't be right to hold back the owners and coaches from sharing their dedication with the rest of Houston. So here it goes... I'll just limit myself to my top 3: 1. Expert Coaching: The coaches are former NBA players, overseas pros, and Division I college athletes. Many train here in the off-season, and professional players regularly visit. Your child learns directly from experts with real-world, high-level experience. 2. Family-Friendly Environment: The facility is clean, professional, and welcoming, with talented young athletes who inspire kids to dream big. Moms and dads can relax, read a book, or watch their athlete train without worry. Plus, it's great sitting beside other parents of elite athletes, picking their brains about the dedication it takes from a parental perspective. 3. Cutting-Edge Technology: Shoot360 offers robotic shooting machines, skills systems, VertiMax equipment, and a powerful app. The app tracks shooting stats, monitors progress, and allows you to book sessions--all at your fingertips. I've seen my son shoot 300-400 shots per session, and through the app, I can easily review his performance to identify his strengths and areas for growth. Shoot360 combines elite coaching, a family-friendly atmosphere, and advanced technology, making it the ultimate basketball training experience. If you're serious about development, don't miss this gem in Houston.
