This was truly 5-star service and one part of the trip I didn't have to worry about at all. The vehicles were clean and comfortable, communication was clear, and everything ran exactly on time. When we were dropped off at the airport, my son accidentally left his phone in the car. The hotel called for us and promptly at 7:30p we headed downstairs to find our cab already waiting to drive us to our destination. Given the frigid temps outside, I was more than happy to pile into the back seat of this surprisingly comfortable cab. $11 there split between the 3 of us seemed a great deal. Concerned about catching another cab on the way back, we were not optimistic about our chances of hailing a ride amongst the large crowd of people piling out of the venue. Deciding we had nothing to lose, we walked down the street a bit and called the company expecting to be laughed at as we watched full cab after cab whiz by. To our surprise, in asking when we could expect a cab the response was "right now" and sure enough someone pulled up within a minute or two. The people surrounding us were baffled by our luck in getting a cab so easily and I'm sure, slightly perturbed as we drove by watching their efforts continue.
