They are always busy which is always a good sign. On a weekend they are always packed but it's only a short walk from town so easy to get a few bits done and then come back. They do have a coffee machine and tv in the waiting room though in case you do need to wait. They do tyres, exhausts and the normal stuff. They always show you and explain what they are doing.

This is a MOT and service centre that also sells a small amount of cars. I've bought my last 2…read moresecond hand cars from them in the last 7 or so year. One car eventually died, but the other one is still going strong. I also take my car here to be serviced and for the MOT. When work has had to be done on the car it is always done to a good standard and the prices are always agreed in advance, so there are no surprises when the bills comes! This place is busy, so it's not always possible to drop by and get the work done there and then - even if it's a minor job. Having said that, if you pop in or call you can normally arrange a time for either later that day, or at worst for later that week. I recommend this place if you need an old car looked after.
