Gift Vouchers - DO NOT BUY!!!!! If you you are thinking of…read morepurchasing gift vouchers for loved ones, my advice is DON'T!!!! Below you will see my experience, but this is not just a once off purchase or entry. Through work with big groups they have received thousands of dollars as well as private gift vouchers previously purchased and they have been made abundantly aware through multiple emails. After spending almost $600 on a couples retreat voucher for my partner and I, We tried to book the voucher and we found that it was 2 and a half months past the 3 year expiry, as I believed it to be a 5 year expiry (my error in thinking). Unfortunately due to massive complications we have been unable to be able to utilise the time to go down and use the voucher, I called customer service to which they recited the ACCC code of conduct and told me they WON'T extend the voucher, to which the supervisor/manager then got on the phone and said the same reciting once again they have no obligation to extend the voucher therefore they won't. She did however tell me I can try emailing, to which I did. The response via email after I explained the situation, ended in the same way but ending it with trying to encourage myself to try and buy into another experience across multiple emails back and forth. Was there and offer of extending the voucher like red balloon do for an extra admin fee? NO Was there an offer of re issuing a lesser value experience? NO Not even an offer of general admission entry for the $600 spent. It doesn't matter if you have had a stroke, heart attack, hit by a truck or held captive in Afghanistan. If you want the voucher extended, the answer is NO, as the ACCC guidelines allow them to have no ethics into making sure they keep every dollar they can. The landscape is wonderful and ideally a voucher will be a great gift idea set your money aside until you are ready to use the experience rather than purchasing vouchers or your money may just be absorbed if you are unable to use it no matter the circumstances. I have mostly had good experiences here and have had very little issues, but given these issues I will no longer be encouraging anybody to visit the Peninsula Hot Springs or the Metung Hot Springs any more!

We took a day trip to the hot springs for some rest & relaxation. This spot is just a short drive…read morefrom Melbourne. Peninsula Hot Springs is a haven for rejuvenation. Offering an array of thermal pools, saunas, and spa experiences, it's the perfect escape for anyone looking to unwind in nature's presence. There are many types of pools, springs and saunas. I tried the tranquility of a private pool, a plunge into a cold spring, the jet pool, and the hilltop pool which has great views of the area. , The thermal pools are naturally heated, and their mineral-rich waters are said to have therapeutic benefits. The reflexology walk and Turkish Hammam are delightful extras.
