They use needles only which is another indication they are good piercers. I have gone back for help with one of my piercings and they helped me with what the problem was free of charge. They seem very knowledgeable and I have had great experiences with all of my piercings at this store. I wont go anywhere else and I recommend this place to everyone. This review is for the Knox store, but I have had piercings at 2 other hairhouse stores as well years ago which were good experiences as well.

It's an odd location for such a brilliant parlour, and whilst they do promote the piercing options, the store seems more interested in selling limited edition framed posters and generic black clothing than sticking needles through peoples' body parts. What convinces me about the staff here is their enthusiasm, their willingness to mutilate their own bodies and the ability to be completely comfortable talking about the difficulties of certain genital piercings without freaking out an interested party. What blew my mind about the member of staff who pierced me was that he had two tongues. Split, healed, and then he had learnt to control them independently. Worth going back and getting more just to see him waggle them about again, no? Unfortunately, I don't think he works there anymore, else I'd probably be a walking nose ring by now.
