I am writing in response to the invaluable service that I have received from your company. Back in the spring, we uncovered an unfavorable situation. At first, I noticed a rancid smell coming from my son's bedroom. Upon further investigation, we noticed that the smell was coming from our attic. There is an attic access in our son's room. We went to investigate the smell further, and, what appeared to be mice droppings, came out of the opening. We immediately closed the space and called Ryan's Pest Solutions as the company had great reviews on Yelp. Ryan, the owner, called me back immediately and began inquiry about our problem. He was extremely resourceful with information and possible ways to help. Knowing that his company was not going to be able to assist us, he still provided a wealth of knowledge and expertise in this matter. We then contacted a wild life company to come take a look. When the company arrived they informed us we had bats in the attic. We were given a quote and the company came out to perform the bat exclusion in August due to specific circumstances. After the exclusion, we thought all was well, however, that was not the case. Fast forward to Sunday evening, almost four weeks after the exclusion. Little bugs began crawling out of little cracks in the crawlspace opening in my son's closet. Come to find out, they're "bat bugs." Little "bed bug" looking bugs that feed on their host of bats. Since the bats were now supposed gone, it seems we have another unfavorable situation. I called Ryan's Pest Solutions at 8:49 pm to tell him of our situation over the messaging in hopes he would return our call the following morning during normal business hours. I was ecstatic when, exactly 13 minutes after leaving my voicemail, Ryan himself, called me back. In the moments leading up to this, I was hopelessly trying to tape the openings closed in my son's bedroom. Thank heavens he was not sleeping in there. Ryan from Ryan's Pest Solutions was extremely reassuring and gave me comfort knowing that he truly wanted to help us. He never one time offered services in return for compensation. He genuinely cared about helping us, even if it meant that he was giving up his time on the weekend to help. He assisted us through the proper steps that we needed to take to ensure we cut off my son's room to the rest of the house. He walked us through the steps necessary to get help. He offered to call us back in the morning with news that his license would either help us or not. He followed through on his word. He even called back hours sooner than he said he would. I spent the better part of an hour on the phone with Ryan discussing our options of insect termination and attic clean up from both the bats and the bat bugs. Never once did he ask for compensation. Knowing that his license was limited in his physical help to us, he still continued to provide advice and comfort that we could get our situation resolved. He provided us with names of companies that could help us, even offered to come to the house and inspect the situation himself, in hopes that he could continue to recommend help for us. We offered to pay him for his consultations from the spring call and our most recent call, but the only thing he wanted was for us to be safe, remain healthy, and have our problem fixed properly. I feel extremely grateful for Ryan. He put my mind at ease when I felt like hope was lost. He extended his knowledge in this area when he simply did not have to. I want to formally say, "thank you," for all of the help that you have provided to me and my family through this challenging time for us. Ryan's Pest Solutions is the only way to go!!! I called on a Friday, after 5pm and fully expected to get a call back the following Monday. Nope! I got a call back within 15 minutes!!! (Name any other pest company that will call a customer back on a Friday night after 5pm...I don't think you can.) Talked to Ryan and explained that I was having a vole problem. Not only did he call me back, but he came right out to the house. He was very knowledgable and we talked solutions. Three occupations that are often undervalued, a plumber, refuse collector, and an exterminator. We had severe mouse infestation in our garage that I was unable to control through over the counter methods. Ryan Pest Control resolved my issue within two days. For six months now I have been rodent free. Ryan also eliminated an insect issue we had after moving into our newly constructed home. In todays environment everything is more expensive; however, I'll pay the price of reliable service as opposed to three days of heavy cleaning the garage. Our house is located on a lake in the Papillion area. We had so many mosquitos and would step outside and just get eaten alive. Ryan came and sprayed the outside of our house and wow, have we noticed a difference! The spray is great because it lasts for several months and is pet friendly, but toxic to insects that touch our house. Now we can enjoy our outdoor patio area and deck the way it should be without being pestered. Also, this spray helped significantly with spiders. I would knock down webs almost every night and ever since Ryan sprayed, I haven't seen one spider! Ryan treated my entire house, inside and out---if you've never seen the gas powered chemical/blower machine in action, you're in for a treat (used on the outside of house and yard) I was blown away with his in depth knowledge and expertise on the chemicals and bugs they would kill. I personally can appreciate his sales and communication style as it's similar to mine. He won't give a quote without seeing the property first. I think that this is fair. I called Ryan a couple weeks ago to spray the yard for mosquitoes, fleas, and ticks. He was very thorough in describing the process and the application. We agreed on a price for multiple sprays through the balance of the summer, and he was very prompt getting to the house for the first one just a day or two later. If you dont want your wife stressed about bugs/rodents, hire Ryan. We've used Ryan for 2 years, during that time we've only had a handful of bugs in the house and no mice. Our house backs up to a big field of high grass/trees/water, so we should have a lot more. Ryan is upfront, honest and knowledgeable. Other companies might charge less, but you get what you pay for.
