First time I made a purchase for my truck was a tonneau cover and she helped me pick out the best one. We made the appointment and the truck was finished on time and the tonneau cover performs very well. When I decided to do Weathertech floomats, I immediately thought of this location, checked prices before I went in, and saw that they were priced comparably. Michelle ordered them and they were delivered the next day. Michelle called and let me know they were in. Great communication! Two perfect transactions. Really happy with this business. Thought I'd give him a few minutes, you know, maybe he had an emergency or something. At 9:10 am, employees arrive at another business next to Pro Mobil and ask if I have appt for detail. I said, "Yes." Oh, we'll call him then, they reply. They tell me I can leave the keys with them (at another business?) and he'll be there, " in like 10 minutes." I say I'd rather wait for him, but then am told oh, he should be there "in like 10-20 minutes." I waited until 9:20, and when he didn't show, it was obvious that time was not a priority for this business. At 9:35, Dillon called me 3 times, once leaving a voicemail saying sorry he'd missed me and did I still want to bring that car in for a detail? Uhm. No. Thanks. While I appreciate the owner had childcare issues, he never reached out to me ahead of time, and it took a while for him to even reach out via phone after the fact. I'm sorry this didn't work out and I hope others have a better experience than I did.
