Our guests enjoyed all the music he played we danced our little hearts away! We also used him for our photobooth and sparklers. The sparklers were unfortunately not going off, we got 4 and only 1 was going off. However I saw Carlos working hard trying to fix the malfunction during the reception, he immediately messaged us the following day to refund us for the sparklers that were not working up to his standards. I really appreciated this!! Would definitely recommend and will continue to use his services in the future!

My daughter's party was absolutely LIT with DJ Snuppi at the helm. He brings such incredible, unique energy and truly knows how to make a party feel like the time of your life. Our family and friends packed the dance floor, and my daughter's friends had an absolute blast with the high-energy games and interactions DJ Snuppi led throughout the evening. Our phenomenal dancer, Sara, was back by special request for our second mitzvah, and she was amazing once again. Also, Lisa was an absolute dream to work with during the planning process -- professional, organized, responsive, and genuinely kind every step of the way. Everything ran seamlessly, from the LED dance floor to the montage presentation. We especially loved having my daughter's logo displayed on the screen throughout the event -- such a special touch that made the night feel so personalized. This team is truly the dream team. They know exactly how to create an unforgettable celebration, and we are so grateful to them for helping make my daughter's bat mitzvah such an incredible night. Highly, highly recommend!

DO NOT HIRE THIS DJ!!!!!!! We met with Carlos a few times to go over everything with him and we…read moreemailed him back and forth requesting specific music to be played. He reassured us over and over again that we have nothing to worry about that he has everything that he needs. He completely disregarding all of our requests and did his own thing. HE DID NOTHING WE HIRED HIM TO DO!!! And refuses to refund us. Such an awful experience. - Carlos came completely unprepared -He arrived late and when the wedding was supposed to start he was nowhere to be found. The wedding was supposed to start at 4:30 and he wasn't ready until 4:50. -When he showed up he didn't change into proper attire, his assistant had bright blue hair. - We requested a song that we wanted for when I walk down the aisle. It was the very first song that I requested for him to play. He reassured me several times that it's not a problem and that he went on Amazon and bought it. As I am ready to walk down the aisle, the song that comes on is that traditional "Here Comes the Bride".(we told him we did not want that) We requested Jon Langston " My Forever Girl" ( huge disappointment) -When the song for the bridal party started' some random rap song came on. We had specific instructions for what we wanted and he clearly disregarded it and did his own thing. -My mom and my Grammy were walked down the aisle in silence. (no music) - The first dance that my husband and I were dancing to was completely skipping and the sounded like his speakers were blown. - The mother son dance was skipping and ended up starting over. Which we later found out that he downloaded the wrong "somewhere over the rainbow song". The one he downloaded was just a few seconds so he had to start it over several times in order for it to keep playing. - He did not even play 5% of the songs that were discussed and requested. - He played several songs that were on our DO NOT PLAY list. - We told him that people can request songs. (He told several no) - Your song selection was awful. - Carlos maybe played one country song during the reception. We requested Several. - We were not given the opportunity to thank everyone. After the ceremony and when the reception was over, I went over and approached Carlos and discussed all of the errors with him and my frustration. The ONLY thing that he said to me was "I WILL SLEEP ON IT". We sent him and email and all he had was a ton of excuses and told me us should be happy because everyone had a good time. My husband tried calling him a few times and he refuses to get back to us and refuses to refund us any money.
