Horrific experience with office manager out of Lincoln, refusing to give my kids their flu vaccines…read moreuntil we paid an outstanding bill that THEY BILLED TO THE WRONG INSURANCE and insisted it was my error. This has happened twice prior in my 6.5 years of bringing my children to this practice but I never EVER would have thought they would put a bill above my children's well being, especially one that was in THEIR ERROR. Love Dr. Maranzano but will be going elsewhere because of the office staff.

No, but what healthcare provider in this day and age is? Sometimes there's a little bit of wait to be seen, but that doesn't matter to me because whenever there's been an emergency my kids are always seen immediately and in non-emergent situations, by the time my kids are seen, the doctors always spend quality time with them. The only reason they aren't a perfect 5 stars is because there often is a wait if you don't schedule your appointment first thing in the day, but if I could give a half star I would. These doctors and nurses care about their patients and families and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Our family has grown with this practice, from nervous first time parents to older kids with crazy allergies and I've never felt like our kids' health and well being wasn't the physicians' top priority. Now I'm off to give them a call to deal with season allergy issues :)

We have been patients here for 11 years. I really love my doctor but hate her availability. She is…read morenow part time, and getting an appointment can take days or weeks, months to book a physical. Her assistant is great, and the office staff for the most part is very nice and helpful, but it takes hours to get a call back on an issue. The answering service is a live person, but they are very limited in their message taking abilities, etc. They basically just tell you the office is closed and call back later. I do not like some of the other doctors in the practice and will not see them, even though that is rarely an option when my doctor is not available.

Today, 1/20/22 I drove to NAMC to see if my records had been received and was told they were not. I then drove to my current physician's office asking if they had received a fax request for my medical records. It turns out the office staff at NAMC never sent the requests for my medical records! As a result, I will not be leaving my current doctor because if the NAMC office staff cannot handle 2 faxes, I will not put my health in their hands. Another problem with this facility is it is very difficult to get a hold of them by phone.

Ok, I would have given 5 stars, but have been frustrated by the long wait at times....that said,…read morethrough 2 pregnancies I have witnessed patients arrive LATE and still be accommodated. I would find it hard to believe that this doesn't impact the wait time for those of us who arrive on time. The practice really ought to address that. I mean, I have never been to a doctor that had anything less than a 15-20 minute wait. On one or two occasions I waited much longer than that and was peeved, but us pregnant gals to tend to be a little less patient to begin with. As far as cleanliness, I have never experienced the filth mentioned by at least one other reviewer. In fact, it has always been very clean. The practice has undergone at least 2 renovations in the time I have been going to them. The ONLY time I saw "black handprints" was when the new floors were being laid and the HALLWAY walls had handprints, from the CONTRACTORS. Dr. Llewellyn and her assistant Gail have always been very attentive and caring. I have been with them for 7 years, through two pregnancies and c-sections and now I will continue to stay with them with my current pregnancy. In fact, after my first, I moved an hour away and STILL stayed with them. THAT'S how strongly I feel about my experiences with the practice and Sturdy Memorial. I have complete trust in and respect for the medical care provided by the doctors at the practice. (Exept "Dr. MumblyOldMan", as one reviewer described who could only be Dr. Shroff) He is decidedly "old school" and his assumption that my weight gain was due to "too many sweets" was offensive. I laughed it off with the ultrasound tech, who informed me that Dr. Shroff (thick in the middle himself!) has a rather large sweet tooth. As far as the receptionists go, I have never been dissatisfied with their personalities whatsoever...upstairs OR downstairs...and I can only assume that the fishy smell described by another reviewer was perhaps left over from someone's lunch. Wow - this review is certainly longer than I intended, but when I went to look up their hours this morning I was SHOCKED to see a 2 star Yelp rating a few results down on the page. I don't think this place is getting a fair rating.

Just an amazing warm non stressed visit. Everybody there was just awesome to me. I had followed up upon Dr Brian Patel's instructions to sturdy's orthopedic office. And I gotta tell ya. Again. Such warm welcome and assistance. There I had the great pleasure of meeting Stephen Anderson, and the Staff on the 2nd floor. Ashley is just truly an amazing beautiful woman that took great care of me. Next was Sarah, who also was totally incredibly awesome to me. With gentle hands and touches they all made me feel really comfortable and relaxed. I can't say enough. But what an awesome place. I give sturdy a five . If there's a ten . I'd give it. Ty sturdy. My 1-star review is based on the results of today's interaction, but there's a history of poor…read morecommunication at Sturdy Hospital in Attleboro, MA. I prepared for a hernia surgery this morning, Thursday, Oct 8th. I did everything I needed to; as my ride was about to deliver me there for the 830A admittance, I get a call from my surgeon and the anesthesiologist explaining that the surgery is being cancelled. I arrive with my brother to learn the situation. Before setting this surgery up, I needed an echocardiogram; this appointment was scheduled for Thursday, Oct 1st. I went to the lobby and reported to the area to have my echo. The receptionist there told me I was not on the schedule. She proceeded to call another department where I heard her say, "His name is not in my scheduling program." Another woman came out to greet me and said that my echo was being done in another building (20 Oneil Blvd) and to follow her. She politely explained that there are two scheduling systems and that was the cause of confusion. My echocardiogram was so last minute that I was added to a different system. However, no one told me this. The following Monday, Oct 5th, I awaited the results of my echo. Unfortunately, my heart doc was absent due to a family emergency. Without the results of the echo, I needed to change plans and not lose the PTO from work. However, I received a web portal message from my heart doctor saying my heart looked good enough for the hernia procedure. I contacted the day surgery receptionist to communicate this, and I felt relief that this was going to happen. Between Monday, Oct 5th and today on Thursday, Oct 8th, I received two phone calls from staff giving me instructions on bathing with the antiseptic soap, to avoid eating or drinking past 12AM this morning, and to have a trusted driver to bring me home. At no time was I aware that the day surgery staff couldn't contact the heart cardiology department, or rather, they would not return the requests for disclosure of my echocardiogram results. They were also not aware of the message sent to me via web portal; only later did I see that it was a private message. Sadly, this was not a one-time occurrence. Back in May 2026, I tried to have my hernia surgery. One week before the date, I got a call from the day surgery receptionist that the anesthesiologist wouldn't sign off on my procedure due to old records of my heart's health. [SIDE NOTE: I had heart failure after my father's passing in April 2023. I was treated at Sturdy Hospital, RI Hospital, and Morton Hospital for this condition.] I was instructed by the receptionist to contact Morton Hospital Cardiology to transfer my health records to them. I called Morton Hospital, faxed them my signed signature approving the release, and nothing came of it. Either no records were sent or no records were received properly. Later that day, the receptionist told me that the procedure was canceled outright and I would have to consult with the cardiology department further. Throughout this whole ordeal of getting my hernia surgery, I have done what I needed to, from taking meds and showing up for appointments. In addition, I have made many calls acting as the message go-between trying to get various departments to talk to each other; why am I doing THIS as the patient? I did register my complaint on exiting this morning. I spoke to two women in the Sturdy Hospital Chapel. While they did apologize profusely, they asked if there's anything they can do to make it right. My response, "Get your ship in order." The breakdown of communication here is appalling.
