After calling on a Friday I called the office twice because I never heard back. I was promised a follow up on Monday. One week later I still had not heard back. At this point I emailed Reis in hope of getting the message out that I had been ghosted. I finally heard back from another agent by the name of John. John apologize on Caroline's behalf and offered to pick up where we left off. The call from John was the on the Friday before a holiday weekend and we agreed to touch base the following Tuesday during regular business hours. I decided to Email John Tuesday morning to set up a time that might work for the both of us. I offered a one hour window of time early afternoon or a time slot late in the day. At this point I still had not heard back from John. John is also mia!! Do not trust Reis with your insurance needs. I not only was interested in one policy but potentally two additional vehicles, homeowners and a liability policy for my business. Do not waste your time and share your personal information with this establishment. They are not trustworthy. Onward!!

My State Farm agent couldn't do anything to help after over 15 years of having insurance with them. My brother told me to call his agent Rose. After explaining the problem to her she calmed me down and took my information and explained the process to me of how she was going to try to get me insurance .Over the next few days I called her with a lot of questions , all of which I got a lot of good good answers to. I don't know how she did it but she got me insurance with better coverage for less money and I didn't get hammered for my claim. Rose treated me like I was the most important person to her and that getting me good insurance was priority for her. I now found out that with all the loan companies, if you have a loan even if its off the road they still require collision on the car. After auto payments on the loan and all the years paying it off, and putting on and off the road ,i wanted to find out when it was going to be paid off. This is when I found this out and also found out the loan company was billing me for collision insurance monthly for three years and just adding it to my payments.
