He minimized the damage his client caused to my vehicle claiming it wasn't that bad and my truck is older anyway. After that phone conversation, Todd ignored me. I repeatedly reached out asking when an adjuster would be out to assess the damage, he ignored multiple telephone messages as well as emails. I finally called the insurance company directly on 12/30/2024 only to find out that Todd never initiated a claim. Maybe he thought I'd go away if he ignored me long enough. He is DISHONEST and UNPROFESSIONAL, and I would NOT recommend anyone do business with him!

We thought to shop local and to support our community and instead got grossly overcharged. The Fox Agency's employees were obnoxious-telling us multiple times that we could not cancel- as well as not providing us with the appropriate insurance documents to register our car which required not only multiple trips to DMV but one stay at DMV that lasted 4 hours to resolve. Would never use again and, frankly, wonder how they can even stay in business. SHAMEFUL.
