The garage needed new vinyl siding on the back side and exposed wood was enclosed and covered with aluminum. Gutters were installed on the garage that never had gutters before. I'm very pleased with the finished product on both structures. Installers were very nice, especially Joe who completed the garage extras. Cleanup was done very well and they took care with the surrounding areas covering everything up with tarps. Pricing was fair.

We contacted Perrino in 2021 about reworking our detached garage space. It required a $2500…read moreretainer that would be put towards the build of the project. We went back and forth several times (as seen in attached emails) that the drawing measurements were not correct and our contact there agreed. While still not having correct dimensions, we were quoted $123,00+. We decided to pause to save money and work to getting the correct measurements. I contacted them in September to see if we can finalize the plans and move forward. Knowing pricing would have changed but we have saved to do this job. As you can see in the emails, we were offered a few options to move forward; one of which is paying another $2500 to the same company which didn't make sense to us. We asked to speak to an owner and Pat did reach out immediately. He clearly doesn't know the job or the situation as he said in asking to move house walls and we need new plans. I said it was detached and we never had correct plans drawn. He said they supplied plans and it's not his fault I'm unhappy and that picky. When I said we are just off by a few feet with this building he offered to come out. He asked for our address and then said we are far out and they are very busy so he wasn't sure he would continue with us as a client. I said you took our retainer and now you won't work with us? He said he would come out and see and I asked if I needed our lawyer present since he is refusing to work with us. He told me he will not come if a lawyer is present and I said ok, just us and he hung up. I sent an email recap and he finally emailed my husband. After $2500,we don't have plans for a garage after several basic attempts and a company that took our money no problem.

This gutter leaked over my head as I came out my door and went on to leak worse until today it froze over and every last bit they put up came down the week I finally paid it off. 5 years &7000 dollar for one side of the house. This company is horrible! I had a total bathroom remodel. The end results were disturbing and…read moreugly. I had bathroom done at the end of Sept 2022. I am still waiting for them to fix everything. They have tried on several occasions to fix the vanity ( all drawers are crooked)not align as they should. They want to redrill the hole to make the faces of drawers straight but thats it.And in the process of the remodel they bent the pipe on my radiator which is my heat source. The radiator now leaks and ruined the new floor they just laid. At first they were very apologetic and said they would pay for the repairs. Now they are claiming that they didn't do the damage. I have receipts from my hvac company stating they were just out at beginning of Sept for full system inspection and states there were no leaks or bent pipe. Unique homes still will not help resolve the damage they caused. I have a bbb claim at this point but seems useless. This company also offers 100% guarantee that the customer will be completely satisfied or they refund the sale price - wrong - they do not stand behind their work or guarantees. These are only a couple of main issues and there is a Ling list of repairs due to poor workmanship they did. This company is not consumer friendly, once they have your money - they are done with you & don't care if their services are horrible. Run away from this company... I would attach photos if possible so you can see my nightmares from this company.

Well i feel the need to update my review. Had the job been finished i would have given a solid 5…read morestars. However, after discussing saving the old hardware and just using on new door, he only installed the doorknob and not the dead bolt. And on the inside of door frame, there was barely any support for the dead bolt. A little screw holding in the latch. He assured me a few times that he would be back to finish the 20 minute job. Sept. 18th was the last text I got.
