Rachel is the heart beat of this office and kept me up to date on treatment plans, insurance and scheduling. I first went to Dr Loveridgge a year ago because a crown had come off. After looking the crown and…read moremy the part of the leftover tooth nub that the crown fits over he told me a couple of options. One was that he just cement it back in place. He explained to me that this would only be a temporary fix because the nub was so short that the crown would just keep coming off. Then he advised me what needed to happen to make the crown better able to attach to the nub was to make the nub longer by retracting the gum line. He gave me the name of another dentist to do this specialized work. After the proceedure I went back to Dr Loveridge and he continued with the new crown. To me this is what a professional does. Explains options. The ones that are the cheapest although temporary and then explains the more time consuming but better, more permanent fix. I appreciate all his professionalism

I originally saw his father, and Dr. Ian has inherited all the skills and patience that his father had. I also go in regularly for dental hygiene with Maria, and am just as happy with her work to keep my teeth looking and feeling healthy! Maria works quickly and I always walk away feeling like I have a new set of teeth. The office is in a beautifully restored Craftsman style house near Highway 101 and also close to Poly. It is clean, calm and relaxing. The front office staff is also attentive and patient. They can navigate the intricacies of billing and scheduling with cheer and ease. Dr. Ian also works on Saturdays, and they can fit you in should you have a dental emergency. They can also recommend specialists in the area if you need further work like dental surgery. The only downside for me is that they are out of my dental insurance provider, but I still get partial reimbursement. I would never go anywhere else because the quality of the work here is worth paying a bit extra for!

Both my mother and I had an appointment to see him at about the same time. I was very concerned for her as she's quite elderly, and I was told that he would see us one after the other. While the hygienist was cleaning my teeth, this dentist was eavesdropping on our conversation. Then, when he was done examining my mother, the hygienist discussed his diagnosis, findings, and recommendation to me. I asked why he didn't discuss it with us and she stated that he was busy with another patient. I couldn't believe it. Then, I asked his staff about my insurance billing and made a request to bill it a certain way which they agreed to do. I later learned that Dr. Tinoco overheard that conversation and claimed that I had been disrespectful to his staff! A social worker who I met through my mother's home care said he'd said the same about her husband who asked the staff a billing question. She is one of the nicest people I've ever come to know and she told me that her husband wasn't being rude or obnoxious. Stepping into that office was a huge mistake that I hope others won't make.

We had some concerns about one of his teeth and wanted to get it checked out with a pediatric dentist. From the moment we walked in the front door, we were met with smiles and warmth. The person at the front desk knew our names, was kind, and so welcoming! We were promptly led to an exam room that had plush toys, play dentist toys, and regular toys. Instead of a chair they have a large sitting bed that you can comfortably sit on with your little one. The hygienist, Kat, was amazing with our son! She brushed his teeth and made sure it was an amazing experience for both of us! Dr. Natalie came in promptly after and did a thorough exam and was so non-judgmental, kind, friendly, and patient! Our little guy was calm, relaxed, and she took the time to play pretend and brush the toy teeth with him! The visit was very reasonably priced, especially considering the extremely high-quality concierge style of service! We also booked online and were able to get an appointment the very next week!
