Dr Hamilton caused a severe infection after he performed an amputation on my finger. He knew I had…read moreinfection during surgery but opted to not follow up for 3 weeks. He also left the bone too long prompting me to require amputation revision surgery as the finger kept bursting open and causing infection. Dr Hamiltons reception is incompetent and never passed on any of my calls or voicemails (apparently) and due to the severity of the infection my finger will never bend, move or be of any use to me, it is essentially useless and Hamilton has taken zero accountability. Dr Hamilton is a terrible surgeon and the fact he ruined my hand after a routine surgery I required in emergency, I definitely wouldn't trust him with anything cosmetic. Please go anywhere else but here.

Further, in the rare occassion where I have had trouble, he has been accessible. He truly does care about the work that he does, and his patients. He always makes time. In addition to taking on patients, Dr. Swain also holds other responsibilities in his field.
