Dr Scott Whitman and his service was superb. However, the women that worked in the front office left something to be desired. They did the hard sell on inserts and compression socks - I bought. The nurse put a sock on the foot that hurt. It was supposed to make it feel better but instead it hurt all day. When I took it off the pain stopped. My next visit was two weeks later and I took back the unopened sock and asked to exchange it for another set of inserts. I was informed that once it went across the counter they could not take it back - unopened or not (they did not tell me that when I bought them). I gave them a piece of my mind and they were very rude. I would encourage you to buy your inserts and compression socks from someone else and not from them. Had I bought them from most any other retailer they would have gladly taken back the unopened item. I did not expect them to take back the one I had used. So instead of selling another pair of inserts they sold nothing. Good doctoring, sucka$$ front office flunkies. Buy any products you need elsewhere. One encounter and multiple snags already. No thanks, no one needs that headache. I need ankle surgery (x2). Made an appt with this practice; the nurse (I guess it was a nurse, she didn't bother to introduce herself. - rude) asked me to choose which ankle, so I chose. She took Xrays of that ankle and left. Dr. came in, after exam, recommended surgery. Told me to give the scheduler a couple weeks to reach out to me. In the meantime, got a rejection from insurance for the one of two MRIs that were requested of insurance but these were never mentioned to me. Insurance requires Xrays for both ankles apparently - why didn't the practice take care of this?" Why wasn't I made aware of the MRIs? Three weeks after appointment, having not heard from the scheduler, I called. Outgoing vmail said to expect another week for a return call. Seriously? 4 weeks for a phone call? Dr. was fine on first impression, but everyone else seems incompetent, uncaring or maybe too busy to do their jobs? I don't know, but I'll try another practice, hopefully one that respects their patients and their time. read more

took my mother on 4/8/25 she paid her co-pay.. Then on 4/10/25 sent me a text message trying to do an illegal BALANCE PAY!!!!! My mother is 88 and is on point about things, how many other elderly people would have just paid it without a question ??? Find a smaller practice and not a group with terrible follow up and awful billing department.

This was my only experience with a podiatrist, but it was a positive first visit. I was seen quickly, but it also wasn't very busy. Everyone I encountered was helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient at their job. I look forward to going back for my follow-up. read more

Update: I've had three ingrown nails cut out over the past few years. Always the same guy. Most recently he rushed and it became worse after surgery. Never healed right. I'm now having to go to a different place and have it cut out again read more

Dr. Garcher was awesome! I'm terrified of needles and shots and he made me feel at ease during the toenail procedure. The staff was so sweet and accommodating I can't say enough good things about them! When my toe still looked infected 2 weeks later Dr Garcher immediately called in another prescription for me to pick up. I will recommend them to anyone with the need for a podiatrist. read more

Absolutely the WORST service I have ever received. Called ahead of time to book an appointment and was told that I didn't need one just to trim insoles. Well, I came in to get my insoles trimmed and they told me they wouldn't do it because "technically, they fit the shoes". I explained to them that they are very painful and are too large, but they didn't do anything and sent me on my way after very obviously talking about me under their breath behind the glass. I have never received such poor service and will never return. If I could give negative stars, I absolutely would. Terminate the front desk staff--they are unfriendly, rude, and speak poorly of their customers. read more

My son's last appointment was to get inserts made for his flat feet. He also has autism, so new experiences are frightening to him and it takes a little time to get him to cooperate. I told the office people and the nurse that took us into the room that it was going to take a little time, but the doctor that we saw was the rudest doctor I've ever came across. He had no patience with my autistic son, and walked out of the room because my son wasn't doing exactly what he wanted. He briefly described what he wanted to do (make a cast of his feet) which is like torture to him because he doesn't like anything messy against his skin. I am now looking for a new podiatrist office to take him to and hoping to find someone who knows how to work with a special needs patient. read more
