My husband is a runner and also recently needed help for tendonitis in the arch of his foot. He was open to questions and conversed collaboratively with us. He generously gave his time to answer our questions. I let him know that I was getting great complimentary care from Josh at Architech Sports Physical Therapy in Cornelius, and he listened to that attentively, and then he provided me with suggestions for the type of footwear I should wear now, explained proper injury care (ice, Epsom salt baths etc.) mentioned exercises to avoid and gave me helpful anti-inflammatories. My x-rays revealed a smaller spur than I had anticipated, so I will follow his recommendations and see how I progress on my own from here. He didn't push for an unnecessary follow-up like some physicians do, and I appreciated that. We're so happy we found Dr. Quist!

I met Dr. Truett Smith Jr for multiple issues like a skin rash, stomach , back ache, fatigue to list a few. He spent a lot of time examining me and instead of ordering complex tests / x-rays /scans(which is what I am used ), he provided solutions to each of my issues. Of course he was thorough and some workable solutions. I had to take a urine test and blood test but that was just diagnostic. He wrote a prescription for my rash rather than referring me to a dermatologist and so far the medicine seems to be working great. I had been to another practice with the same problems. I was not even examined properly and was always referred to a specialist. I usually don't write reviews but this practice deserves a big thumbs up!
