Sometimes it took 3-4 weeks to get something minor fixed at the house. The property managers are not proactive on following up with lease contract renew or move-out inspections. The rent for the condo was above market rate. The pet fee was excessive. I moved out a month ago and am still waiting for them to process my security deposit. I would not recommend renting with PMP due to the expensive rent, slow response time and high maintenance charges.

They take 50% of the first month when they rent it to a new tenant - PLUS still that month's 10%. I feel like our rent we get a check for is never even CLOSE to the amount charged to our tenant.
