I don't typically write reviews, but I feel as though it would be a disservice to the WONDERFUL team at Ryan Corporate Housing (RCH) not to! I am a 5 star hotel dweller and had never had the need for Corporate Housing. I was in a bind and after a month and a half of working through a 3rd party and endless looking at apartments, I reached out to RCH. I spoke to Ryan who had 1 unit left in his inventory that fit my needs. I took it, sight unseen because after my conversation with Ryan, I trusted that I wouldn't be disappointed. I was there for just short of a year and the entire staff at RCH is PHENOMENAL!! It was a 5 star plus experience! I literally only needed to bring my clothes. The furnishings were done with a personal touch, from the Coat closet to everything that you would need was already there, even the little things were thought of in the kitchen from the appliances on down. The RCH team was always so helpful and if anything needed servicing, it was usually done the same day. The location was in the River North area next to Merchandise Mart, everything was within walking distance or a quick Uber ride. Now that I have an apartment through another Corporate Housing firm, I can give a factual comparison. I don't think that any other firm is going to come close to the level of superiority that RCH provided. Love them! Ryan, Nick, Sam and Mike I miss you guys!!! This has been the worst experience ive ever had. The walls are paper thing you can literally hear your neighbor sneeze. Impossible to get any sleep. It's right next to a night club which blasted music at all hours of the night. The walls were gross and the unit was over all not even semi worth the ridiculous price. Staff from ryan corporation was so unhelpful and contradicting. This place was UNLIVEABLE and this company is criminal. DO NOT USE THEM. read more

Contracted for temporary employment for an unknown duration; had a list of necessities that Ryan Corporate Housing met and exceeded! The list included security, covered parking, pool, work out facilities, pet friendly, close to work, ultimate "Chicago" experience. At seconds from the beach, bike trail, the pier and the familiarity experienced every time I walked in the building by the staff this was the ultimate home away from home!! Transition into the apartment was seamless. Few phone calls; online application and all arrangements were made. All of the conveniences of home. Nick and John went above and beyond to make sure every need was anticipated and met!! Walked in to detailed instructions personalized to meet my needs, orientation literature, home phone, TV/DVD in living room & bedroom. These guys rock! You basically need clothes, toothbrush and frozen pizza. It was quiet and I felt completely safe walking my dog at 1 am and believe me that is saying a lot; I'm a big scaredy cat! Moving out process? Just as simple. That job of unpredictability ended abruptly and once again the super flexibility of Ryan became apparent as the apartment was rented out in 2 DAYS! Many company's are super accommodating initially but Ryan sustained their superb customer service. Ensuring all my needs were met and going the extra mile to ensure my satisfaction! Did I mention that I switched apartment and Ryan made sure it was completely seamless; moving my stuff for me, putting it up AND even gifting personalized coasters in my new place?!? I travel extensively and have let all the travel companies know that when in Chicago they must use Ryan!! They have been thankful and one employer has already used their services and has been extremely satisfied! Cannot say enough great things about Ryan Housing. read more

Our apartment was getting renovated in Chicago, so we used Ryan Corporate Housing for the short term apartment rental. They are extremely reliable and attentive. When we arrived, the apartment was very clean and it was stocked with absolutely everything we needed. We felt like we were at home. When ever we had any questions or concerns Nick got right back to us. Also, I forgot a piece of jewelry when we moved out and they kept it safe for me. I highly recommend them! I am in Chicago to help out before and after the birth of my grandchild. I agree with everything that has been written about Ryan Corporate Housing. What's more, I've had occasion to stay in corporate housing in other cities with other vendors and there is no comparison! It's like apples to oranges--not the same at all. I am staying at a brand new building, 111 W. Wacker Dr. in a one-bedroom apartment. I had the pleasure of speaking with Ryan before I signed on, and he told me that he liked outfitting each apartment that they sublet with furnishings unique to that apartment. That care is evident in the space that I've rented. They did not go to Walmart or Ikea to buy furniture. When I walk through my door at the end of the day in a city that isn't my home, I walk into a welcoming space that is furnished with high-end furniture. It is not some depressing, dirty unit with threadbare furnishings. I can relax and feel at home--something that is important when on the road. I look forward each night to climbing into my very comfortable bed that is outfitted with high threadcount sheets; I'm not counting the days until I can return to my own home. I'm at peace here. Initially, I had some problems with my cable service, but John dropped everything on a Sunday night to come right over and readjust settings and cables so that I could watch my favorite program. That goes well above and beyond the service offered by other lessors. They also accommodated my request for an air mattress so that I could have visitors over Thanksgiving, and they kindly purchased a small crate for my Maltese dog so that I would not have to go to the trouble of bringing one here. We needed temporary housing in Chicago and found Ryan Corporate Housing. I am so glad we did! The apartment we rented is in an ideal location for us and has everything we needed. The furniture is comfortable, the internet secure (and fast) and the kitchen fully furnished. It's not unusual for a company to talk about "customer service". Ryan is a company that not only talks about their service, they deliver outstanding customer service from the top managers throughout all levels of the organization. Jay A's review does a good job of listing the level of amenities that the apartments are stocked with upon your arrival. I can just add that my own personal residence doesn't have both a stand blender and an immersion blender in the kitchen - but the Ryan apartment had both. Check In and Out are very easy and accommodating. On the few occasions where I had a problem, they were always fixed quickly and efficiently. My only criticism is more a comment on today's technological world than anything else. The electronics (TV, DVD etc.) are pretty sophisticated and unless you are a 13 year old, it can be difficult to operate the 3 different remotes. They do provide a "cheat sheet" with your check in package, but it's still a challenge. If a single unified remote exists, that would be nice. All in all, I would not hesitate to use their services again. They are a quality organization. read more

The answered my initial inquiry within an hour - on a Sunday - and followed up with me continously until my move. The apartment at EnV was spotless and very comfortable. They meticulously inspect and clean every unit before move in - and this do all of this personally. They provide everything you could want - including a phone, Direct TV, linens, fully equipped kitchen. In one sentence may I say a 5 stars service by any means (although you are in an apartment rather than a hotel room:-)). You will be satisfied beyond your expectations, I have no doubt!! I arrived to Chicago for working. Starting from my first phone conversation with one of the Company's representatives I felt something different - the attitude was so personal with lots of willing to help as much as possible. During my stay in Chicago I experienced both living in a 2 bedroom apartment and a 1 bedroom apartment. Both apartments under the control of Ryan Corporate Housing and I can assure you that the quality level of both apartments was above all my expectations. The apartments are spacious and beautifully decorated. It seems that lots of thoughts were invested regarding every piece of furniture and every item within it. The apartments are fully furnished. When I say full I mean totally full. All that's left for you is just come up with your luggage - that is all!!! The apartment is full equipped with everything that you need, can imagine and many more. Enormous amount of clothes hangers, towels are every place, TV and cables in the leaving room and each bedroom and of course do not forget the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped in most high quality tools you may think of. As one who loves being in the kitchen and cooking, I can tell you that apart from groceries you need to purchase, nothing else is missing. Let me share with you one more thing from my experience - I guess you had the chance to take a look over the pictures of the apartments in the web site itself - Let me share with you a secret - the apartments looks much more amazing in real life. To summarize this section - I can assure you with no doubt that you fall in love with the apartment you enter. It does not matter which kind of apartment it will be as long as it is under the management of Ryan Corporate Housing you will be totally satisfied and happy. Now let discuss about the people within Ryan Corporate Housing. It's been a very long time since I experienced excellent, professional, high quality and high caring services as I received from the people within Ryan Corporate Housing . It starts by saying that the services provided is so human and covered with lots of true willing to help, support and assist. The amazing attitude does not end after you are signing the contract. Each time I moved to an apartment I received a call to verify if everything was okay and if something is required. Each time the purpose of the call was to really understand and to know if something is missing and did I find the apartment as I expected. Any request or question that I had like asking to replace a coffee table made of glass into something else so my little kids will not break it was implemented immediately. Even when I moved between two apartments they offered me (Although did not asked) to help moving my stuff from one apartment to another. Everything was done while I was at work and when I came back everything was arranged without my need and efforts to invest time rearranging everything. This is just a small example of the services you get from Ryan Corporate Housing. They always, but always provided me the feeling that they are with me. Always thinking for a way to facilitate your stay, make it more comfort and most important, although I was physically far from my home town, they gave me the feeling that I was at my home!!! They gave me the feeling that every single time I can count on them - I have nothing to be worried. They will handle me. They will take care with everything I need. Difficult to explain myself how they did it, but in a very short period of time they gave me the feeling that I can trust them with my eyes closed. It may perhaps not so hard to explain - thinking backwards, very quickly I noticed that everything I have been told on the phone with them, all the things which were promised to me all the information I saw through the website - everything completely was exists in reality and even more. This is all about people!!! Ryan Corporate Housing is a group of amazing people who will do whatever it takes to provide you the highest level of comfort integrated with the highest quality standards and all of this in the highest standard of services you can imagine. I moved from Vancouver, Canada to Chicago by myself and this was not an easy process. I contacted several companies including Ryan Corporate Housing and immediately Nick called me back. He not only found me the perfect place to stay for 30 days but also answered every question I had about the city and offered me great tips and suggestions. Knowing "I wasn't alone" was really big for me and a huge thank you to Nick for helping make me feel comfortable and confident in moving to Chicago. Ryan Housing also accommodated me last minute and was flexible with timing should I have needed to extend my stay. The accommodation was luxurious and had everything I wanted. I am big with cooking and was impressed that they had everything down to a garlic crusher. Moving out process was even easier simply throwing away trash and leaving the keys in the unit. I was lucky to have read the stellar reviews about Ryan on Yelp. I had a very quick response but had left it last minute to book and had to wait ten days for a unit even in February, so I recommend booking as soon as possible. They have an easy month to month policy. I was a bit nervous about taking a unit for 4 months without seeing the building or units but they assured me the photos were realistic and they were. In fact, the Atwater Building is even better than the description. A secure room for packages; state of the art gym with jacuzzi; steam room and sauna in locker rooms; free exercise classes run by Chitown Trainers three times a week (Zumba, Pilates and Yoga). Everything is very clean and high end. The units are also nicely appointed and they have a thoughtful welcome pack of necessities for when you check in. They also provide lots of hangers--I had brought my own but they were necessary. All you need is your personal stuff. WIFI is fast too. Nick and the Ryan team were superb and responsive throughout my stay. I will be back again to stay in fabulous Chicago and Ryan will be my first port of call for a home when here. read more

Ok, hands down the best in the business. We were in a jam, looking for a high end short term rental for my wife and newborn in the middle of winter. Made one call to Nick at Ryan corporate housing and he came up with a short list of places available. We were looking for something larger, 3 bdrms, in a specific building and area of the gold coast. Within 2 weeks he made it happen. These guys know Chicago and have great connections that other so called relocation services cannot match. They found us the most stunning 3 bdrm in the gold coast fully furnished with top quality and beautiful furniture and linens. They even made a custom nursery for our newborn! Our unit was expertly and creatively decorated by Ryan and had everything we needed to live extremely well. Full cable, 65 inch flat screens, surround sound,internet, biweekly cleaning, phone, tons of towels, two sets of sheets, even 2 heated parking spots.
