Yes, I had to miss an appointment, but because of their front desk team and their lack of customer service, empathy, and/or negotiation skills - two great massage therapists just lost a client. Pro tip: Front desk...Talk to your massage therapists (aka $$$ makers for your shop) before thinning out their revenue stream.

My boyfriend and I went here for a couples massage recently. The people were very nice, but the…read moremassage was very disappointing. First, the masseuses did not introduce themselves to us, they did ask us what pressure we wanted- but that was it. The largest issue that we had was they kept talking to each other, whispering, giggling, during the entire massage. It felt unprofessional, and stressful. We had never experienced that before. Next, the massages did not flow. They did not leave us feeling relaxed, or have those typical feelings you have after a massage. There was not much contouring. They were not following our muscles or bodies, they were just shoving and moving things around. At one point even walking on our backs and bodies with socks on, but not with rhyme or reason. Neither of us had ever experienced that, it felt like a massage you would get from your spouse. They didn't dig at knots or tension. The hot stones lasted under a minute or so. They felt gone as quickly as they were there, so it's nice that it was included for free and we didn't pay for it. I feel bad to leave this review, due to how nice everybody was- but I want to be honest with the experience we had. We left and our bodies felt awful, and in pain.

The salon is in a little house and it's very comfortable and cute inside. Tracey, the owner and hair person I had is super sweet, I really enjoyed her. She takes her time doing your hair, I never felt like she was just trying to get done. I love the color and cut she did, I personally think it's just as good as the master stylist I was seeing in West Ashley BUT it was LESS THAN half as much!! Whaaaaat?! Thank was so worried to have my hair cut by someone else. A friend told me to check out Signori Mani and I am so thankful I did!! I am always treated with nothing but kindness. They offer water and coffee (local from costal coffee roasters) while you're in the chair. The Salon is always very clean, smells amazing, and great conversation and music. Jessie is amazing and I always leave happy. She does exactly what I ask and makes my hair look better than I could have imagined! I always look forward to my appointment here because it's more than a haircut, it's a place I get to relax, unwind, and be pampered.
