Unique, intense (as you allow) and effective massage!!! Highly recommend. Worth the price, especially because the price is competitive and the service is extraordinary! read more

Awful! Babies and kids cried the whole time! I could have found more peace and relaxation in Walmart. They seemed to not understand when I asked why it was so loud with kids but knew to ask for a tip. Don't go! Don't do it! read more

I am a frequent massage client and I always have the best massages no matter who is my LMT. They are all very nice and work as a team of professionals!! read more

I have been to this chinese family run massage many times and I have always had a top notch massage . If I want a full body I call and ask for MARY (as she is the only one that speaks english (I prefer SUZETTE , she is the older woman with very strong hands and she knows the human body ! PS I have lived all over the world , if you are body shy or want a sterile environment then go to a chain . These immigrants are trying to make a living here in the great USA read more

If you're running on a tight schedule, please know if you book an appointment here, they will overbook and have you waiting regardless of what you scheduled ahead of time any time that you decide to come. I've had multiple massages here and not all were bad or I wouldn't have returned. I work for tips myself and today, I was bothered that the "receptionist" counted the cash I gave her and said my $80 wasn't enough although a hour massage is only $70 she said "$10 tip is not enough a good tip for $70 is 20" and proceeded to talk about me with the masseuse and laugh in front of my face. Tips are not guaranteed but should be appreciated. So, if you're not ready to pay $90 for an hour spend your hard earned dollars at a spa where they will be appreciated. read more

I've been to almost every massage parlor in Summerville and this is the place I've chosen as my goto. They are very kind and all employees are great at what they do. I've been there more than ten times and have never had to wait more than ten minutes. Most of the time I'm taken right into the room. Going to AAA is one of my most looked forward to things to do each month. Highly recommend. read more

Don't go there! They rip you off! The prices listed on their website is not correct! They said prices changed last year. However, if it changed last year, then they've had several months to update their website. Therefore they should have honored the pricing. I even showed the pricing listed before the massage with the price listed. If I knew beforehand, then I wouldn't have done the massage. So when I showed it afterwards, they should have honored that price. read more

I have been to AAA several times and each time Mary has been a gem. The massage is so relaxing and she is a good listener. She always asks at the beginning if there are any particular places that need attention and also do I want soft, medium or deep tissue. When I am done I feel so good I just want to come back soon. The language is difficult sometimes but she has a translator on her phone and it makes us both speak the same language. Don't expect services that shouldn't be offered with a massage. Sometimes there are interruptions but only if she is alone and someone comes into the shop. I plan to go back as often as I can. read more

This is not your commercial spa. The vibe is very homegrown, but the massage therapist, Anna, Is top notch! I love when I feel like the therapist just understands how bodies work! Would definitely come here again!! read more

First time here today. From an overall massage technique, good. Here are the other parts of the review. Language barrier Late for appt by 10 minutes Tried to upsell me for more minutes Answered phone during my massage and spoke to potential client. ( This one... NOT GOOD!!!!). Went to pay, wanted cash, when I paid with card, was charged 5 more. Would I go back... probably not. Too bad based on the massage was good. read more

My love and I got our first couples massage/massage ever today and loved every moment of it! It was the best first time experience we could of had! Jess and Mary were so friendly and man did they give a good rubbin! We really needed that today and are very grateful to have experienced it! Thank you Jess and Mary for helping us feel so relaxed and weightless! My love is already to book for next weekend! Go check them out! You wont regret it! Oh and forgot to mention the price was killer too! read more

Wonderful place, they do a great job every time! I always leave feeling refreshed and renewed.

Made an appt online for 1pm. Called the salon to confirm. The lady I spoke to was whispering so I couldn't understand a lot of what she was saying. I verified the 1pm appointment but somehow the conversation turned into her negotiating a different time (started with 2pm and ended with 2:30pm). I stated we made the appointment for 1pm and she told me to "ask my husband" if 2:30 was better. I decided to just tell her we're canceling and she started with the no no no no and telling us to come in now. Needless to say, we won't be going to this place now or in the future. read more

Awesome place. They're not gentle like most places, which is great. Reasonable prices too.

This could have been 5 stars if the massage was not continually interrupted by the therapist answering phone calls during the massage. She occasionally left the room to talk to walk ins. Mary is an excellent therapist....too bad she has to run the business while working on a client. read more

Massage was good but not as good as it could have been neatly comfortable. Brought me to the edge and then let me down.

We had an appointment set for 1130 for a couples massage. We arrived, were put in a room with no instructions, and then waited 30 minutes with nobody coming in to tell us anything. Waste of time. read more

Well, it was first time on Sunday. They were fantastic, and the massage exactly what I needed. The hot stone massage was heavenly. I enjoyed my massage and the friendly service. read more

My daughter contacted this business asking if they offered prenatal massages and the lady on the phone said they did, however when we got there they still tried to put her on a regular table and couldn't understand what she was trying to say to them, well finally she just asked for the chair massage and the lady only rubbed her shoulders and neck even though she kept repeating that she wanted a full body massage. My massage was ok but my daughter had such a bad experience and was still charged full price and when we left the lady ran out the door almost to my car and said she forgot to tip. We usually are very good tippers but felt like she was already way over charged. I feel like the experience would have been better if the language barrier wasn't so bad and they could have understood what she meant when she called and asked for the prenatal massage. Just in case anyone wants to know they do not have the accommodations to provide prenatal massages, and I highly recommend Healing Hara massage less than a minute away. My personal experience wasn't completely bad but I will not return. I usually don't leave bad reviews but she shouldn't have been charged for services she didn't receive. Also it's not professional to basically demand a tip. read more

my experience was horrible... one of the lady was doing my back to hard... i told her she continue to do it . then she smack my back... definitely wasn't funny because she laughed..... no robes at all, she tried to give me a used one... she also tried to get me and my husband to take full body shower... or body scrub.... i couldn't believe it at all... the ceiling was falling down... she squeezed oil down my butt crack me and my husband.. when she did my shoulders she did it hard as hell... we did have the 90 minute couple massage, after all the pain i changed it to 60 minutes then the other lady ask me if my husband is going to stay for the 90 minutes, i said no 60 minutes too.. i couldn't do a extra 30 minutes of torture......... then after we paid our money 120 for the 60 minutes she asked for a tip and literally got mad i had to tell her we paid we're leaving now... they had us feeling like they were going to try to keep us there for a tip... i do not recommend for no one at all...... read more

My first time was awesome. However I booked an appointment for the next month and it went horrible. They acted like they didn't understand i had an appointment. They did get me in right away but they switched therapist halfway through. Also they answered the phone twice and left once afterwards. They also stopped the massage 5 mins earlier after all that bs. I probably won't be back. read more
