I have been going to Amber for about 3 years? She is awesome. I go to her at least once a month. I've tried other people and they are good too, but Amber works best on my body and knows my body the best. I love their appt reminders I get through text and how easy it is to cancel and reschedule if needed. Make sure you cancel in time or else you will be charged the full amount. They always have cold waters in the fridge for a rehydration after the massage. The waiting room is very cozy and welcoming. I always feel relaxed walking in and leaving. Parking is never a problem. It is a suite located inside a business building, lots of parking. RX massage I noticed raises their prices by $10 dependent on the years of experience for each person. She was nice and pleasant but I left disappointed because I asked for deep tissue massage with hard pressure , but I got a finger massage which was pretty light. I love coming here! I've came here for prenatal massages and now regular massages. I recently visit and had Yaletzi do my deep tissue with hot stones. She is a newer masseuse and worked her magic with deep pressure however, she seemed lost with the hot stones to which she apologized and said she is working on her craft with the hot stones. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! I'm writing this hoping what happened to me won't happen to you. I'm 75 years old, and in early April 2025, I went in for a massage to ease pain in my buttocks which is caused by an inflamed sacrum. I fully informed the massage therapist (Nick) about this painful condition. He proceeded to give me a deep tissue massage, knowing full well about my inflamed sacrum and my age. The next day, my pain was even worse! He should have given me a light massage. I've called several times to try to speak to RX Massage about a refund, but they will not answer my calls. Holy Cow!!! What an excellent massage. My husband and myself went in for a couples massage, we both do laborious jobs so we wanted something better than a typical spa massage. Anastasia and Becky delivered just that. I've had massages in the past and it seems as though they go through a basic routine, RX massage does NOT do that. You can feel them going over your body searching for the problem areas and really working hard to release the tension. Will absolutely be returning! Already have our next appts booked. I came here as I had pulled a muscle on my back in the rhomboid area. I read the good Yelp reviews and booked an appointment with Calina Y. The place is tucked away on a corner, located in an industrial building. Lots of parking on the weekend. Front office receptionist was friendly. Room was clean, bed was comfortable and music was relaxing. Their rates are very reasonable for 30 mins, 45 mins, 1 hour or more. Calina was professional and I chose a deep tissue massage, she worked on my sprained muscle, alleviating some of the pain in the knot that I had. It improved my flexibility somewhat on the first visit and she recommended to soak in a hot tub and it should start to get better in a few days. She was educated at the National Holistic Institute and knew what she was doing. I would highly recommend this place and Calina. 5 stars. I would return. read more

Yeah, the 5-star reviews for this place are earned. I was a little bit hesitant due to how low their rates are, but turns out, it's steal for the service they provide. I was about 10 minutes late due to change traffic changing up on me, but my therapist, Anastasiya, was understanding. She even gave me a discounted rate since our session was shorter. She was great at getting the kinks out of my neck and informed me of what she was doing while doing it and made sure I was comfortable with it. For a 45- minute session, it was about $60 which, in my opinion, is a bargain. Especially since she didn't beg for a tip like so many other massage therapist would have. I made sure to tip her 20%. Hope the rest of you do the same. Just because they don't ask, doesn't mean you shouldn't give it. read more

I came in a few days ago for a 90 min sports massage session with Katie. I had a lot of pain in my sciatic nerve and lower back that I'd been dealing with for months. Katie not only worked on the areas that were bothering me but was able to find the trigger points that had been causing my pain to begin with - spending almost the entire session focused on the issue at hand (pun intended). She taught me how to stretch the affected areas, massage the trigger points, and continue treatment on my own. After months of pain I'm almost completely back to normal. She works intuitively and with a tremendous amount of knowledge - providing the same level of care to a first time client as you'd hope for from someone you've been seeing for years. She has been wonderful, and she ensures you are comfortable. I came here for my first massage a few weeks ago, overall it was a great experience and I really enjoyed the massage. I decided to rebook a massage. Had a massage scheduled for 9:45am and got a call around 8:40am stating that my massage therapist called out sick and there were no other therapists on the books who could do prenatal so I'd have to be rescheduled. Okay, fine, people get sick, understandable. When I returned the call I spoke with Tricia and asked if there would be any way I could receive a voucher or discount for my next massage as this was barely an hours notice and I had planned my day around this massage. If I were to cancel with less than 24 hours notice, I would be charged the full amount of the massage per their policy. She said no there was nothing they can do. I expressed my frustration in this model, it seems highly unreasonable that if I were to give 24 hours notice I would have to pay the full price and they give me an hour and there's no compensation for the inconvenience on my behalf? She told me I could go somewhere else if I didn't like the policy. I guess they don't care about retention of their clients! Not wanting to argue, I told her I would not be bringing my business back and ended the call. A few minutes after calming down, I called back to ask to speak with a manager to which my call was ignored and sent to voicemail THREE times in a row. EXTREMELY unprofessional and no empathy for the inconvenience the cancellation caused. She didn't even offer to double check with a manager if there was anything they could do. It doesn't matter how good your massage therapists are, if you don't have good customer service and don't care about retaining clients it will never be worth it!! read more

I volunteered to do some work for my daughter's dance studio which went late into last Saturday night. My neck started to spasm and I had nearly no range of motion. I did a search for massage open on Sunday in my area and found Rx Massage. The booking process online was easy. I was able to schedule time with Amber. Within seconds of being on the table, Amber found the spot that was hurting me the most. After providing some relief to my biggest pain point, she focused on the rest of my neck and shoulders and I felt a lot better. I know I hadn't done myself any favors by letting my neck and shoulder muscles get that bad so I schedule another appointment with her the next day.
