I…read morewas initially skeptical since they market themselves as the cheapest place to get a pair of glasses. I took a chance about three years ago and I have to say, I've never been disappointed. Yes, they're a bargain, but its the quality of people and service that keep me going back. As of today I'm on my 6th pair and never disappointed. Raven, the sales manager, is awesome. I had a pair of glasses made and decided after to have an upgrade. She didn't miss a beat, and although the photochromic lens is about a $140 charge, she comped it. All after I had work the glasses for three months. Went back for replacement for my expensive Hobie single vision polarized sunglasses I lost recently in Hawaii. She took 60% off on those, and they have a payment plan. I love great value, which to me is the intersection of quality, price, and service. Raven checks all the boxes. If you're in the market and they're nearby it's great to just stop in and see what they have. Frequently run BOGO sales, and the prices are inline with what the specialty stores with crappy service charge. Happy camper, to say the least!
