I had water leaking into the house from the north and south windows of the house, so I searched for…read moresome companies that do weather sealant. I chose DMJ because they were professional from the start. They asked for details and then sent me a quote to review. Once I confirmed the quote, we scheduled a day and time, and they sent an invoice for partial pre-payment. I like this because it let's them know I'm serious about the work and that they're serious about doing it. Because we had a heavy rainfall Sunday into Monday, Ray immediately contacted me Monday morning to reschedule for the following day. This morning (Tuesday) Angel was punctual, and he completed the application of the sealant thoroughly and neatly. He was also polite, friendly, and focused on the work. I appreciate the work, and I have my fingers crossed that I will have no water intrusion. I think April has a couple of more showers coming, so I'll know soon enough. If you don't hear from me, that's a good thing!

He was unbelievably rude and unprofessional. I have a window whose glass spontaneously combusted. Of course the glass is not covered by the warranty and the manufacturer charges $400 to fix, so they recommended I call a dealer to fix it cheaper and faster, which I found listed on their website. I called, and the first thing said to me was "well what do you want me to do about it?" Sir, I want you to replace the glass. "Well it's going to cost you, we don't do that free." Yes, I am well aware of that you rude imbecile. Who taught you social manners? Anyone?! Then he tells me they don't do repairs. Fine. I hung up. Obviously you don't want my business, so you don't get it. A$$hole. I would be highly suspicious of all the 5 star reviews that have no pictures, no friends, and very few reviews. Fake news.

I don't usually choose a company for home improvement only based on price, but Mike, the rep I worked with was knowledgeable, patient, and responsive. His explanations of the options, willingness to generate quotes with different options, and good-natured attitude about it all was extraordinary. Further, the low price did NOT result in poor workmanship. In fact, the opposite occurred. Martin the installation lead and his team were communicative, punctual, and left our home cleaner than they found it! And, this was the low price option!! Did I say "highly recommended!!" Now, the real test came as Hilary visited SoCal. OK, it wasn't a hurricane, but a lot of rain and wind came through. I was nervous because we had a leak at two of the windows before, but not with our new ones from US Energy W&D!! Everything was sealed tight!

Called Mike at US Energy Windows and Doors. He could come and measure every window and door that was in need of upgrade replacement. And had the broken pane replaced at same time. They are well worth it. This glass is impressively steadfast in its job. These are quite a few windows and a couple French doors. Much cooler and feels secure and solid and perfect. And handsome. My doors and windows are clearly gorgeous! Mike checked and double-checked with me before I signed the order. Everything was top shelf professionally. The crew doing the work were very considerate of my home and appropriately covered and lay down cardboard for their walkways in house. No mishaps. I had not found such good work as well as such a fine work ethic in many years living in Los Angeles. I would recommend absolutely.
