I contacted Joe because I could not get the electric in my travel trailer to work and I live in it full-time. We were just going into 30° weather when I sent the message to Joe. Joe responded quickly to the message I sent him and set up an appointment but he was able to come two days earlier than the designated appointment. When he came the first time he was able to diagnose the problem on my travel trailer very quickly. He charged a very reasonable fee. He did have to order a part and came back to replace it. He also found a problem on my electrical box itself and was able to fix that as well. After about 2 weeks of not having electricity or heat he was a real hero for getting it fixed and again at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend him without any hesitation if you need repairs or service. He got the work done and also cleaned up after himself which a lot of repairman don't do. Also, if you're looking to purchase an RV he can do a thorough inspection on it for you.
