Brought it back and had to sit at the gate for 40 minutes because he lives in PSL. Two days later they have it sitting outside by the gate and no one was there to apologize or talk about the issue. I asked for pics of the roof work and got no answer. I had my grandson take pics of roof and see a 2" gap and 4" gap that was missed by the king antenna caulking mishaps weren't cleaned up and sent them pictures and still nothing. I will never use this business again!!! A flipping nightmare! Also they got the black caulking on my floors and now my awning doesn't work! Shoddy workmanship and terrible communication skills. I would not refer anyone to this business! Don't businesses take pride in there work? I'm a small business owner and if make a mistake, I bend over backwards to make my customers happy!

Pelican's Landing RV Resort is very well managed and extremely neat and clean--each site has a deck or pavered pad with a picnic table with an umbrella and two nice stationary adirondack chairs. They pay attention to every detail to make your stay as comfortable as possible. We love being able to walk down to the dock with our morning coffee (and/or evening cocktails) to meet the other campers or have a nice chat with the friendly staff. And the sunrises and sunsets are amazing. Looks like there might be some good fishing from the dock and we tried out a few kayaks in the river--saw some dolphins. Awesome fun! There is a WalMart and Publix grocery store within a few miles as well as a bait shop and a great little farmer's market just a short bike ride south. Also, be sure to check out the most awesome nature trail called the Jungle Trail. It will take you to Pelican Island National Wildlife Refuge which is the first National Wildlife Refuge established in the United States. As soon as we got the camper back a leak was found, presumably related to the roof repair. Brought camper back and they said it was a leak on the back window and they fixed it. Again, right after leak was still there. Diagnosed it ourselves and found seal on back window was where leak was coming from (sent them a video of where the leak was coming from and where the water was going). Brought camper back again and was told they replaced the window seal and it was fixed. Once again, the leak was still there. Finally, i got the time to tear it apart myself. It was clear they did not remove the window nor did they replace the seal. I could tell this based on the condition of the "new seal" as well as the lack of any marks on the hardware around the window. We paid several hundred dollars for work that was never done. If I felt I could prove it before a judge I would have sued them, but it wasn't worth my time.

In my experience, I was not clearly informed that I was signing paperwork making my $2,000 deposit non-refundable. I also understood that the money was not being applied toward the down payment. When I decided not to move forward with the purchase, I requested my deposit back, but I was told it could not be refunded because "their hands were tied." I take responsibility for signing the paperwork, but I also believe important financial terms--especially a non-refundable $2,000 deposit--should be clearly explained before asking a customer to sign. My advice is to read every document carefully, ask direct questions about whether any deposit is refundable, and don't sign until you're completely comfortable with the terms. I hope sharing my experience helps someone else avoid an expensive surprise.

Then when we got there they charged us over $200 in service fees for the guy to adjust my fifth wheel hitch, which took less than 2 minutes. They also scheduled us for a walk through at a day and time I very specifically said we were not available just because they wanted to get the unit sold for their monthly numbers. And to top it all off, the appliances don't work and stuff keeps breaking off the walls on a brand new unit. Edited to add: this is the location on Culver St in Palm Bay. My 5th wheel RV was dropped off there this morning (March 23, 2026) for repairs. No idea why the GM is claiming they don't know anything about me and claiming my post should be removed. In regards to the pushiness, Wendy was the original sales associate I was with and I asked Ryan to please be placed with someone else as she was too aggressive for me.
