The bid he gave me was more than fair. To do the work I wanted, he had to move some heavy stuff around my yard with his equipment. Which he didn't jack up his price for. He also took a small load of trash to the dump for me cause he was going anyway. He went above and beyond. I'm very happy with the work he did. When he was finished he back drug out of my yard to clean up his tracks. All in all it was a very clean job. I highly recommend him. Thank you Brandon.

Miguel at High Desert Septic saved the day! It was just…read morebefore Thanksgiving, most of the companies I called went straight to voicemail, noting they would not return until after the holiday. For a few others, I completed online request forms explaining exactly what I needed. As a real estate broker working under a strict deadline, I needed timely responses--especially since this property had two septic tanks that required certification. When an inspection was finally scheduled, one tank passed, and the other needed to be replaced. Although the field technician was fine, the office staff at that particular company seemed distracted and short--they weren't rude, but they clearly didn't have the time or patience to help me get the information I needed. As someone representing my client, I need a contractor who is responsive, professional, and efficient, and I realized I couldn't move forward with a team that made communication difficult. Fortunately, I then reached High Desert Septic. Miguel answered my call and from the very first conversation, he was pleasant, knowledgeable, and ready to help. I spoke with him on a Friday--by Monday, he had the permits, and by Tuesday, all the work was completed. He kept me informed and even sent photos without me having to ask. It was an absolutely refreshing experience. Miguel truly stands out in his industry. His professionalism, efficiency, and pride in his work deserve ten stars. I highly recommend High Desert Septic. Thank you, Miguel Trinidad.

He made it clear he wouldn't touch pavers. He scheduled me in same week, had the septic pumped and certified without touching a single paver. Miguel is knowledgeable, knows what he is DOING- extremely professional, and affordable. Highly recommend Miguel for Septic pumps and certifications. Thank you again for your diligence. He saved me from an expensive experience, that would have ended in a nightmare. Trust someone who knows what they're doing, not someone who will damage your property, make a mess, and make it more expensive to repair at the end.

Chris, the owner, is a friendly and down-to-earth guy who is incredibly easy to work with. He came over, discussed our needs, and presented us with different options. He appreciated some of our grand ideas and helped us turn our vision into reality. During the shower refurbishment, the team discovered a pinhole leak in my wife's bathroom (both bathrooms share the same wet wall) and was able to fix it quickly and inexpensively--what a relief! There were no setbacks, and his crew was a fantastic group of professionals. My positive experience led us to have them tile all our bedrooms, install ceiling fans in the house and on the patio, and now they are putting in a beautiful, efficient new water heater for us. Out of good business practice, I always obtain multiple estimates to ensure I'm getting the best deal possible. And guess what? I consistently find that I do. He screwed me out of half a day of dumpster rental, which left him making more money off the dumpster and me ripped off and with my job unfinished!! Very pissed and disgusted, here - should have gone with somebody else but Mike was so nice on the phone to get my business. Then when I really needed to get a hold of him, he blew me off ... he was not answering my calls ... and his phone voicemailbox was full (what?)! ... as bad as that is, worse yet, he suddenly started ignoring my text messages! ... but I understand why ... because then he screwed me and picked up the dumpster 2.5 days after leaving it ... not three (as was indicated at the time of sale) which is cash up front (totally get why, now!). When he finally got back to me (four hours after picking up the partially empty dumpster), he rambled through a BS discussion contradicting himself about why this happened ... which boiled down to he wanted to take the dumpster back from me early to make more money with it. And he knew could do it! Because he knew I lived 40 minutes away ... his final, seriously aggravating reasoning was that he so kindly waited for me there ... at 5:30 frickin am (when he knew I lived 40 minutes away)!!! ... to see if I would show up and physically "tell" him I needed it longer. And it was never disclosed to me that, apparently, it's necessary to speak with him "in person" (if you can) at day 2.5 to inform him that yes, you need to have the dumpster the full, agreed upon, three days. And he neglected to mix in with his BS reasoning arguments that he had temporarily forgotten how to read ... until shortly after he picked up the dumpster, I guess. I want and need my half a day back ... but I can't now ... I have no recourse. If you go with him, DO NOT pay him in full up front!! He took advantage of my situation and screwed me for his own benefit. If you do decide to go with him, this is the person who you'll be working with ... up to you.
