If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. We purchased a used trailer from them. The unit looked to be in good shape, and we asked the salesperson if there had been any leaks or water damage and he swore up and down that this unit had been well maintained. We bought the trailer, and PAID $350 for an "inspection" to ensure everything was in good shape. Since we had traveled from out of town to look at/purchase this trailer, we agreed to come back in two weeks for a walk through and to pick up the trailer, and in the meantime they would perform the inspection and prepped our trailer for us. Fast forward two weeks, we come to pick up the trailer and are told that the only issue in the inspection that came up was a bad tire, which they replaced. The salesperson did a "Walk through" which consisted of him walking around the trailer and pointing at hookups for a total of about 3.5 minutes. Then he disappeared. We got our temporary plates since we paid $600 for RV Value Mart to handle the registration for us, and towed the trailer home.
Upon arriving home, and doing a thorough inspection of the trailer ourselves, we found that RV Value Mart did NOT disclose that there had been water damage -- serious water damage to the floor in the front of the unit, which they had conveniently hidden under a carpet that they had glued down. The floor was so soft and had a HOLE IN IT that you could see through to the frame below. We immediately called the office and NO ONE would pick up our calls. We consistently got the runaround. After about two weeks of attempting to speak with someone, we gave up, and began the tedious process of a very expensive repair. During that time, we found that the "brand new" awning, had a short in the wiring somewhere between the motor and the fusebox, and was basically useless unless we wanted to plunk down almost another $1,000 in repairs for that.
Our registration was suppoed to arrive within 30 days (before the temporary tag expired) and we had a trip planned a month out. Unfortunately, we never received our registration and tags, and again, after repeated calls to RV Value Mart, we continued to get the runaround and no one answered. Finally we had to contact the Attorney General of the state of Pennsylvania, at which point "Justin" the "manager" at RV Value Mart finally called about the registration. He told us that "someone" had apparently "forgot" to do the paperwork, and that he would get it done right away, which means we then had to wait yet another 30 days before we'd even get our camper on the road. Mind you, this is now 2-1/2 months after we purchased the unit, and spent $1,000 in repairs for a water issue, they swore this unit didn't have. We told Justin this was unacceptable and that we would go through with our case with the attorney general, at which point Justin finally agreed to send us temporary tags/dealer plates so we could at least use the camper until the new tags came. They never did, and we ended up having to register the camper ourselves in our state, AND we had to file a claim with our credit card company for the money we paid for them to register the camper for us.
AVOID this dealer at all costs. It's bad enough that they misrepresent the condition of the trailers they are selling, and LIE right to your face when asked, but you will NEVER get any one at that place to answer a call or a question after you've forked over your hard earned money.
