Hubby backed my Tahoe into our mailbox and I was in absolute trepidation with the thought behind that it would never be the same as it was before. I perused through websites looking for that "Five-Star" legit customers who had actual body work done on their vehicles. I searched for several days and found Worldwide Auto Body. I was professionally welcomed by Christine, who operates the front office (sweet lady); where I met the owner, Mr. Ravi. I showed Mr. Ravi the damage to my Tahoe and I can say this; he listened to every detail I covered regarding getting my Tahoe back to my original condition in which I didn't think could be done. No rush, no sales pitch. Time was not of the essence for me; only that RESULTS are what mattered. Mr. Ravi is genuine and the work presented demonstrates he backs his word. It also tells me Mr. Ravi is honest and takes the time to listen to what it is his customers are wanting and expecting from his company and the experience he brings to the table. When I received my Tahoe, I was blown away by how PROFESSIONAL it looked! It exceeded my expectations. It looked like I just drove it off the showroom floor! Neither dents nor two-tone colors whatsoever; the colors were an EXACT MATCH; considering we're talking about a 24 year old Tahoe!! The DEEP carve that extended the entire length of the Tahoe was nowhere to be seen!! Smooth and Flawless!! Worldwide Auto Repair's mission is to provide Stellar Service to their customers (which they delivered) while maintaining professionalism at all times. I was inquiring…read moreabout why the coach batteries had stopped charging from the engine alternator when the engine is running. And also inquired about adding a DC to DC charger. He told me it wasn't possible that the coach batteries were ever charging from my alternator (wrong), and that in order to charge them the coach would have to be plugged in or the generator running (wrong again). I told him I disagreed and that I had a Lithium battery with an app that showed the charge of 75 Amps to the battery when the engine was running. Then he told me I had fouled everything up by replacing the lead acid with a Lithium and that my charging system was all wrong. I informed him that the converter had been upgraded to accomodate a lithium charge profile, and that one of the items I inquired about in my message was installing a DC to DC charger to regulate this while driving. After a few more hems and haws I finally said I get the impression you either dont want to look at it or dont know how to do it. He then got angry and said he was just trying to get the "coach history" and ended by saying he wouldnt look at it due to "extensive modifications". LMAO....swapping a battery and upgrading the converter is extensive modifications? Save the dime...call someone who knows what they are doing.
